  Great condo and location to the beach. Really appreciated having the beach chairs to use. This condo is in a good location and close to the outlet mall (take the beach road to avoid all the traffic on the main road) and restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans and utensils for cooking.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  This is a graet condo, clean and nicely decorated and awesome location. The beach in right across the street and it is beautiful. We will try to rent this same place next year. Previous reviews talked about the pull out couch being broken, it has been replaced with a brand new couch and was very comfortable.

  Had a great stay overall in condo, however during our stay one evening the front door opened and shocked we went to the door to see another family standing there with all there luggage and correct door code/paperwork for their stay. They were upset and tried to call the owner. They told us they were gonna go eat dinner and wait for her to call them back. We never heard from them again so I am assuming she got it all worked out. Also, our first night there, we pulled out the sofa bed to use and the bed was broken so much that we just pulled the mattress out of the bed and used it on the floor. My husband looked underneath the sofa to see the problem and he noticed where it had been previously fixed with multiple screw holes. The last day we tried to put the bed back together as best as we could and I called and left a voicemail with owner letting her know the situation, however, no returned call and a few weeks later my deposit was cashed and not returned. I emailed her (which is the best way to communicate with her) and she responded stating that the sofa bed has to be replaced. I informed her it was broken prior to our stay, no response. I would caution others staying here.

  The condo was exactly as described. The sofa bed was broken but the owner notified me in advance and since we weren't using it to sleep on, it was okay. The pool was very nice. I was pleasantly surprised to find a beach umbrella, chairs and even beach toys in the closet. I would definately recommend this condo!

  The location of the condo was about the best part of our stay. Mirimar Beach was great- the condo, not so much. The hide-a-bed couch was broken and wouldn't fold back into the couch properly making the couch completely UNUSEABLE. That left our family of 4 to sit on the 2 person loveseat- whose seat cushions were supported by plywood. Uncomfortable to say the least. The bathroom shower curtain liners were covered in soap scum, mold and mildew. I had to spray them both down with chlorox before showering. I emailed the owner regarding these issues to which she replied "I should have let you know about the couch." Had I known BEFORE our arrival that we wouldn't be able to be comfortable while lounging at the condo, I would have cancelled and booked elsewhere. These problems didn't occur overnight- this unit could definitely benefit from a little attention. For a couple more hundred dollars we could have stayed in a much nicer unit in the same complex.

  Owner response: The living room couches have since been replaced with brand new ones, and the shower curtains are new as well. They do get replaced when needed, no one had brought it to my attention before this. Also, a couple of other minor issues that were brought to my attention have been attended to. This is my personal condo that i rent to people, so i do not want people thinking it has quote "gone down hill". If it wasn't something i enjoyed then i wouldn't rent it out. I am deeply sorry for the inconvenience, but i have resolved the issue. I have updated the website with the new couch pictures so it is up to date.

  Everything was perfect!! It was my first time to use vrbo and I will definitely use vrbo again. This rental went beyond my expectations. The owners were wonderful to work with and I would definitely stay here again. What a wonderful relaxing vacation with nothing to worry about. Thank you!!!

  A cozy condo with a great location in Miramar Beach. This is a very clean and tastefully decorated condo that offers all of the amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The 4th floor location allows for a peaceful view of the gulf. The property is very well maintained and we always felt safe and secure. The elevator and carts made loading/unloading a snap. We are beach bums so we did not make it to the onsite pool, but it appeared very clean and well maintained. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return in the future.

  This Condo is comfortable with a view of the Gulf. Close to Dining areas and Shopping as well as the Beach with the whitest sands in Florida. The owner is very polite and always there to help if needed. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+.
