In Destin you want to be on Scenic Gulf Drive - the costal road overlooking the Gulf. This condo is located near Sandestin and convenient to everything - easy to come and go from. The 200 sq ft balcony has a view of the Gulf. Private, gated beach access to the softest and whitest sand you’ll ever feel between your toes is directly across the street. The condo is on the top floor of a 4-floor low-rise condo complex built in 1999 (elevator). Tastefully decorated and appointed to feel like home.
Onsite is a pool, lighted tennis courts, rinsing station coming back from the beach, and picnic/grilling area. Walk to the ice cream shop, coffee and wine shops, WiFi internet café, and restaurants right on the beach.
Want to rent a scooter or bike, arrange parasailing or jet skis, deep sea fishing charter, or golf? Antique or outlet shopping, or a day exploring the nearby beach communities of South Walton? Forgot something from the grocery or pharmacy? All are literally minutes away. Location makes a difference in Destin! Our beaches have recently been renourished with 100 extra feet added!

A cozy condo with a great location in Miramar Beach. This is a very clean and tastefully decorated condo that offers all of the amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The 4th floor location allows for a peaceful view of the gulf. The property is very well maintained and we always felt safe and secure. The elevator and carts made loading/unloading a snap. We are beach bums so we did not make it to the onsite pool, but it appeared very clean and well maintained. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return in the future.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This Condo is comfortable with a view of the Gulf. Close to Dining areas and Shopping as well as the Beach with the whitest sands in Florida. The owner is very polite and always there to help if needed. I would recommend this condo to anyone.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, age 55+.

Talk about a home away from home! This condo is so cozy I felt relaxed as soon as I walked in. You have everything you need in this condo and then some. I noticed the first night staying there the owner had provided movies and board games in the living room just in case you wanted to stay in for the night and take it easy. There is a grocery store right down the street and plenty of restuarants in walking distance...and of course the BEACH is perfectly placed as your "front yard". It was wonderful!
