  I stayed in this unit for two months this winter and found it more than met the expectations raised by the description. The location is ideal: on the beach, close to Coligny, but not right in the center of the bustle and crowds of that section of the beach. I was able to spend many peaceful hours on the balcony just listening to the sound of the waves and the singing birds. The unit is small ( if 6 people were staying it would be very crowded!) but clean, comfortable and well-equipped, with excellent wireless internet connection. The pass for the fitness center down the street was an added bonus. When the bedroom heater broke down, the owner immediately arranged for a new one to be installed. In short, I was well satisfied with the unit and the management, and consider it excellent value.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, age 55+.

  We had such a fabulous time at the condo. The view is out of this world! The place was clean, comfortable and close to the pool. We loved the location because we were able to go down town in addition to spending our time at the beach. We will definitely be back next year!

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+.

  The condo had everything you could possibly need for a week or long weekend at the beach. Loved the location on the island - its within walking distance to shopping and lots of restaurants. And definitely bring your bikes, because the access to the beach is so close for beach cruisin’ or on the roads of the island. The porch had plenty of outdoor seating, which allowed us to enjoy the wonderful views and some outdoor dining! The condo also has access to the pool on the grounds, which was great for relaxing after being on the beach for most of the day. The condo, its amenities, and the location right on the beach really made our mini-vacation to Hilton Head a wonderful experience! I would definitely book this place again!

  We had a great vacation in your villa at HHI. We have stayed at Ocean Dunes for many years and have usually stayed in a unit on the 3rd or 4th floor, but I must say that we had quite a nice view from your unit AND it was a huge bonus not having to get in the stifling hot elevator. The unit was clean and comfortable--no frills, but basics definitley covered and most important, great view.We were quite happy and the big draw for us was the very reasonable price---if you can keep prices down we will definitley return.

  Everything is as described and my husband and I had a wonderful weekend. Location was great and definetely enjoyed the oceanfront. Only suggestion I have is the mattress in the bedroom could use some updating (it was quite hard). Would stay again, very reasonable!

  Everything you see/read in the listing is exactly what you get. The room is in a great, central location. You are on the first floor and very close to the pool, the parking lot, and beach access. Having the full kitchen was awesome. Everything in the room and on the property was neat, clean, and well-maintained. The only thing that I did not like was that your bathroom towels/washcloths that are initially provided are not replaced every day. So you either need to bring some extras on your own, or be prepared to launder the ones provided. There is a coin operated washer/dryer on the 3rd floor of the building. I would definately stay here again and would recommend this unit to guests visiting the island.

  Recommended for: People with disabilities, sightseeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.
