  Wow, what a wonderful house! Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The pictures do not do it any justice. I have to be honest, I was a little worried about the quality of the house due to the phenomenal rate, but as soon as I walked in I realized the house was stunning, I had just found a fantastic value. I have rented one other house in Pineapple Hill Estates, which was also beautiful, but I have to say that this house was a little bit nicer at about 50% the cost. Peter was super helpful and accommodating; speaking from my experience with other rentals, it is always better to deal directly with the owner. If you have narrowed your vacation search down to this listing and a few others, don't hesitate to book this house NOW! You will be hard pressed to find a nicer house/condo/hotel, period, but I guarantee you will not find a better value on the island of Maui. I can't wait to book it again the next time I head to Maui.

  My family and I recently stayed here for my wedding in Kapalua. The house exceeded our expectations and it truly was a dream vacation. It provided a perfect backdrop for pictures and getting ready for the big day. Our family truly enjoyed the pool, kitchen, and luxurious bathrooms. Can't wait to come back!

  All I can say is WOW!!!! What a house! The pictures definitely do not do this absolute masterpiece of a house justice! I stayed there with my wife, my five children and our nanny and there was more than enough room for all of us. I have rented many high end homes on VRBO over the years and this was by far the most exquisite house I have ever rented. The attention to detail that the owners have done to this estate is absolute perfection! I cannot think of one detail that was forgotten. The pool and hot tub are impeccably maintained along with the modern elegance of the pool bathroom. We utilized the BBQ a few times also and always lit the tiki torches to have that Hawaii feel. The four master en suite bedroom are maintained impeccably. The rock wall entryway is a great touch of elegance and the massive living room with large plasma TV has a true Maui feel. We constantly use the expansive pocket doors that open up to the pool area to give the sense of true indoor/outdoor living. I have never experienced a kitchen that gorgeous! Everything down to the most minuet detail seemed brand new. We felt like we were the first people to ever sleep in the house! You can surely tell that the owner has pride of Ownership. Peter, the owner was so nice and accommodating. He gave us recommendations on where to rent snorkel gear, where to play golf, what beaches we should go to, what activities we should do, how to get to Hana and best of all it was my wife's birthday while we were there and Peter told me the perfect place for her to have a complete spa experience. I cannot thank Peter enough for all of his help. There was not one thing that Peter told us about that we did not thoroughly enjoy! I can say with conviction that if you want to rent the best this is the place. I will definitely be recommending this to all of my family and friends and I have already booked for next year.

  This house surpassed all expectations. Beautifully equipped and handsomely furnished. We could relax minutes after entering and it was difficult to leave after 10 days. Would highly recommend to anyone fortunate enough to be traveling to Maui.

  We have been to most of the islands several times. One of our favorite places is Kapalua and we have now found the perfect house. The owners of this estate build it with local knowledge of indoor-ourdoor living and positioned this house for outstanding views, wind protection, and fabulous outdoor entertaining and relaxing. The place is impeccably designed and maintained. The master suites on opposite ends with comfortable guest suites in between provided luxury and privacy for our party of seven. The photos on this site understate the beauty and elegance of this home. The bathrooms in the master suites are amazing with the best outdoor showers I have ever experienced. To top it off, the owners embrace the Aloha spirit and really care that you enjoy their home. Thanks for creating such a great showcase fitting of Maui and Kapalua. We will return for sure.

  Our family of 6 stayed here last month and we were all surprised at how beautiful the home is. Five adults and a 2 yr. old had plenty of space and privacy. Lovely pool, extremely clean home, and the only thing missing was some printed information about the home, the area and the fabulous entertainment system. Owner was extremely helpful with questions and the family is hoping to return soon. Don't miss the outdoor 1/2 bath full of beach towels and pool toys!

  We have been to Maui several times and stayed at all the nicest hotels. This home outshines the Grand Wailea, Hyatt and the Ritz . We rented this house with high expectations and were absolutely thrilled with what we found. The location is fantastic and gated, the views are such that you would expect to see on a post card of Maui. The house is band new, designed perfectly for three couples or a large family, and was completely spotless.The owners are very easy to deal with and wonderful hosts. I completely agree with one of the other reviews that said, "If you are going to Maui stay here." We definitely plan on a return stay as soon as possible.

  My wife and four friends rented this house and even with the six of us we never felt crowded in the spacious accomodation offered. The pictures accurately reflect the accomodations and view and the place was spotless on arrival. The house was a perfect place to relax offering great bedrooms and living areas along with the pool and lanai. The design and finish of the house was first rate and provided everything we needed for our stay. The view was stunning and we all enjoyed relaxing by the pool. We have stayed at many rental accomodations and this one was by far one of the best! The owner was great to work with and responded to our questions in a timely and helpful manner. Definitely on our list of places to go again.

  Upon arrival - we were blown away. My husband and I brought our kids on a trip to Maui. We decided to rent a home versus staying in a hotel. This was a great decision. We searched and found this brand new house in Kapalua. Booked it and hoped for the best. We got that and more! This house is impeccable and totally great for a family or three couples. Dollar for dollar this place is great - If you are staying on Maui - try to stay here. Absolutely Awesome
