Enjoy our FINEST Lake Front property! This condo has ALL new furniture as of March 2011. This includes new dining set with wine bar, recliner chair, over sized couch with queen pull out bed, all new beds, new carpet and paint - you will never want to leave this condo!
This condo has a full size washer dryer, full size refrigerator, oven and dishwasher.
HUGE 32" HDTV's in the living room and the bedroom. HD Blu Ray DVD player that is NetFlix capable in the living room (Netflix streams movies if you have an account). You can also rent movies from the living room.
This condo is located directly on Lake Lulu, and you can walk to our own private boat dock to view the lake or watch the birds. Lake Lulu is part of the Chain of Lakes, a series of 19 central Florida lakes connected by canals. Great for boating or fishing!
Winter Haven Florida is a perfect location, as it is midway between Tampa and Orlando. All major Walt Disney World attractions are only 35 to 45 minutes away, and the "tourist" feel of Orland area is no where in site! Stay relaxed and away from the stress of staying at a resort! With our condo you can enjoy a home cooked meal in the FULL SIZE kitchen.
Patio is fully screened in and bug free! Sit outside, enjoy the unrestricted lake views and relax! Patio chairs and small table provided. You can view the Gazebo and boat dock from the patio, This unit is on the lake!
Should you need to stay connected we have high speed Internet via WI-FI secure connection (instructions are in the kitchen). Any wi-fi enabled device such as a laptop, Ipad, Iphone, or smart phone may connect to our units Internet connection for free.

Winter Haven Florida will be the home of LEGOLAND Florida, opening in fall of 2011! LEGOLAND is an experience unlike any other, as up to 50 MILLION Legos will create an artistic scene unique to this theme park. Rides and shows will keep visitors of all agents (particularly the young ones) entertained all day. LEGOLAND is located on the SAME STREET as this condo (apx 5 miles away). You are far enough (and secluded) to not be bothered with park visitors or traffic, yet close enough to visit and enjoy!
There are possibly hundreds of dining options within a few miles of this condo. You can walk across the street to Walmart (they have groceries and a liquor store as well). There are no less than 5 grocery stores within a few miles, such as Publix. Any type of food you can imagine from American, Chinese, Mexican, Seafood and more are all within a few miles. Popular chains such as Red Lobster, Outback, and Oliver Garden are very close.
Many places will deliver food to this condo such as pizza and other options.

This was my second stay in your condo. My wife and I enjoyed it even more this time! We would start the day with a walk down to Lake Lulu with a cup of coffee to take in the morning breeze off the lake and the birds singing. The condo was nicely decorated and equipped with everything we needed. Looking forward to LegoLand opening soon, Loved the flea markets as well! Very clean and modern.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
