A lovely home on Long Beach Island in Beach Haven Crest. The location is ideal with the house situated 1 1/2 blocks from the beach and two blocks from the bay. It is also located 2 miles from Bay Village - a popular shopping and activity area on LBI.
The home has been recently remodeled with a new kitchen, new bathrooms, new furniture, new carpeting, and new appliances. There is a separate living area which can be used as a 5th bedroom or additional TV room. The sleeping arrangements include three queens and a set of bunk beds. There are many fine extras in this home such as a large, private fenced in yard with patio furniture and gas grill. In 2007, a spacious, new ground deck was added.
The master bedroom with bath is located on the first floor which is very accessible to anyone. The other 3 bedrooms are on the second floor with a full bath. One of the bedrooms (queen) has a very large deck area furnished with pub tables and chairs. There is a very nice outdoor shower complete with skylight.
The home has central air-conditioning and is very nice in all respects.

Why the Owner Chose Beach Haven Crest
It seemed like a natural to purchase our home on LBI after both my husband and I have vacationed here with our families since the 1950's.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Such a delightful location! One block (9 homes) to the ocean and 2 1/2 blocks to the bay. Young families LOVE our location due to the safe, private, secure and fenced in backyard. Also the very kid friendly lifeguarded bay beach is 2 blocks north of our home. This treasure has a wonderful playground as well as a roped off calm swimming area. Such a hit with the little ones complete with lots of sand!

If you are planning a family vacation in LBI THIS IS THE PLACE!!! We really enjoyed the backyard for big family dinners. We used the deck at night to relax with a glass of wine and watch LBI Blvd. The flow of the house for entertaining was great. Master bedroom seperate from other bedrooms was nice.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
