The perfect view, the sounds and the smell of the ocean and a luxurious, quiet, spacious 2BR condo in the prestigious Wild Dunes Resort! VIEWS + Beautiful + CLEAN = sells out fast! NOW: High Speed Internet! ...25-30 min. from Charleston. CLEAN & WELL MAINTAINED! PLEASE NOTE: The beach renewal was completed June 13 - it is beautiful and we have full access! SPORTSCARD - is available; this allows you to use Wild Dunes tennis, fitness center and recreational pool for a small fee. (The condo has a pool - no fee of course!) Without the sportscard renters are not allowed to use these facilities. You might be interested if you are committed to working out or love tennis. SEE OUR GUESTBOOK BELOW FOR WHAT OTHERS SAY! We rented in Wild Dunes for 8 years before buying so WE KNOW WHAT'S IMPORTANT TO YOU! We think of all the little "extras" that makes it feel like home. We are close by and we check often and we feel that all 3 of our condos reflect our high standards!) QUESTIONNAIRES are sent to every renter for feedback - it helps us keep on top of things. And, believe me, folks tell you if there is anything wrong! But mostly we get wonderful comments as you can see in our guestbook below. LAYOUT: MBR - king bed, 2 large dressers, walk-in closet, black-out drapes, attached new bathroom - double sinks, tub & shower. 2ND BR - queen and twin beds, double dresser & 10 ft. closet. LR - (queen sofabed), sofa, love seat, large coffee table, 31" TV + DVD/VCR, games, cards, movies (DVD & video) & books. DR - (table + 6 chairs), magazines, Restaurant Guide, Activities Guide (we put these together ourselves) & Radio+CD/tape player. FULL Kitchen (including 12 spices, sugar, salt & pepper!), new dishes - set for 12, LARGE coffee mugs, pots n' pans, heavy silverware, utensils, all you need! We want you to be happy and we stay here too! DECK - table + 4 chairs + 2 rockers. New: paint, carpeting, tile, two completely new bathrooms, CUSTOM WINDOW AND BED TREATMENTS, refrigerator, dishwasher & dryer. WHY RENT FROM US? VIEWS, CLEANLINESS, CARING, PRICE, COMFORT!
