Santa Maria Harbour Resort condo description
February March 2014 is Booked. Santa Maria Resort on the south end of Estero Island. (Fort Myers Beach) This is a top floor, non-smoking unit, with 16 foot vaulted ceilings. Loft overlooking living room. Two bedrooms upstairs, each with their own bath & color TVs. Main floor features fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, screen porch, dining room, living room, laundry, and half bath. Cable TV/VCR,CD,DVD See link for virtual tour. NO DOGS & CATS! See on line calander. This unit fulls up early. Up to one year in advance for February and March. February 2014 is booked already.
This building has only 24 units, and features a open solarium design.
The unit faces south, and has a beautiful view of the Gulf across the street. The beach is just across the street, seven miles long.
The building is directly on the intercoastal waterway, and has a 36 slip harbor, right next door to a big marina. (Large fleet of rental boats)
Complex has whirlpool spa, heated pool, ice, news paper machines. (internet access) Golf course 1/2 block away. Walk to shops, 7 restaurants, including liquor store ,CVS drug store, and 7-11
A city trolly passes every hour until 10 pm for only cents. Taxi from airport runs $60 ,only one half hour you are on the beach. City bus from airport goes to Sumerlin Square for $2.50
then jump on the Beach Trolley to the beach & unit.

As with all units on this island a 11% tax applies, plus a $75 cleaning fee, and a $30 booking fee.
$200 credit card deposit, and you are in.

This was my 4th visit to the Santa Maria 3 of which were at this apartment. Stayed this time for 4 weeks & loved every minute. The apartment is very homely & comfortable, I love the surrounding area & find it the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. Plenty of restaurants , shopping ( for the ladies ), good beach with lots of bird life, large swimming pool & several BBQs dotted about in the grounds. Would I recommend the apartment to a friend or relative - definitely yes.

It was the perfect get away! Close to everything. Restraunts, Holiday Inn's Tiki Bar where there was entertainment. Beach right across the street. Beautiful pool. There is a trolley service if your tired of walking. It's just far enough south where you don't have to deal with the traffic on the north end. We had a beautiful few days that will be remembered for a long time. Thank you for the carefree vacation.

Nice place,quiet area on the south end of the island. Condo was on the 3rd floor and they had trouble with the elevator our first couple of days there and my wife has MS and Can not do stairs......very inconvenient. Plenty of towels and such but the dryer took forever to dry. The storm shutters on the patio were tough to open and close. Some minor issues with closet doors but other wise a good vacation. I would rent this place again.

This property fit our needs perfectly. The owner was very accommodating with our situation. The pictures were very accurate describing the property and it was nice having a washer and dryer in the unit. If we ever need a unit I would be more than happy to rent this property again.

We stayed in this lovely condo overlooking Fort Myers beach. What a lovely time we had. Loved the pool and watching the Manatese come in and enjoy the warm water. Definitley a wonderful stay. Sincerely, Margaret
