  My wife, 2 young boys and inlaws stayed at this property for March break 2013 and our expectations were exceeded in every way. We were originally looking to rent further south towards St. Pete's beach but when we had difficulty finding availability we decided to increase our budget and found this gem of a rental...and we are glad we did! It was well worth the extra money we paid, the place is beautiful and better than the pictures indicate.The condo is beautifully decorated and very clean. With the decorating, beautiful furniture and all the family photos you feel like you are staying at a friend's house and not a rental property. There were lots of board games as well as video games for the kids and lots of beach toys including boogie boards for our use. The private pool is only steps from the porch and the pool was spotless and well heated. Tim and Tanya were very helpful and the few simple questions we had were answered immediately. Being from Canada we enjoy both hockey and the Bluejays and the proximity to NHL hockey in Tampa and spring training in Dunedin were perfect for us. The kids enjoyed walking the beach collecting sea shells and watching for dolphins and pelicans. We also made day trips to the Clearwater Acquarium to see the dolphin Winter from the movie "Dolphin's Tale" and spent a day at the Tampa Zoo which is an excellent zoo, especially for young families. Great location, upscale neighbourhood, and the only reason we wouldn't recommend it is because we want to keep this place a secret for ourselves to enjoy!!! Thanks Tim and Tanya, we'll be back.

  This place was a perfect vacation spot for my extended family -a party of small children, teenagers, young adults and grandparents. The living area was comfortable and large enough to accommodate all of as at the same time. The condo was beautiful and we loved the fact that it had everything provided - beach towels, kitchen utensils, barbeque, beach toys...everything. The beach was gorgeous and literally just steps away from the patio. My 5 year old learned to swim in the pool and my 3 year old still (7 months later) remembers the holiday and tells me he wants to move to Florida :-D We loved seeing the pelicans, lizards, dolphins and rays. Building sand castles on the beach, sitting on the patio at night, just listening to the waves in the darkness and enjoying the warm breeze - that's what a good vacation is all about. Thank you! :-)

  This condo is everything it presents itself to be and then some! Absolutely gorgeous location, beautiful sunsets, and wonderful amenities. We rented this home to be able to cook a family dinner for my mother-in-law's 86th birthday (she and some of my husbands family are local). The kitchen and open space was absolutely perfect and everyone enjoyed the beach and beautiful sunset. It made a "working visit" thoroughly relaxing for my husband and I as we enjoyed our morning coffee & late night cocktail outside. The owner was wonderful to work with and eager to ensure everything was perfect for our stay. I would also add that this is not your typical "rental", it is truly a home, with family pictures, beautiful furnishings and wonderful touches that make you feel at home from the moment you walk in. Although it was just my husband and I staying, I would highly recommend for larger groups/families. The second floor Master ensures great privacy, and the setup for kids seemed really friendly, and so open and close to the beach & pool... A real winner! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us and allowing us to make some lasting memories with Mom!

  I brought my son and his family along with my sister-in-law to the condo. It was even more beautiful in person than the pictures. Couldn't believe how close the pool and beach was to the patio. My grandaughter learned how to swim and my grandson enjoyed chasing lizards. The weather was perfect, the condo perfect and the company perfect! It was an easy commute from the Tampa airport. The birds are fun to watch and the pelicans kept flying directly overhead!

  This property/vacation rental was better that expected! The condo was perfect for our 2 families and the location was amazing! We especially enjoyed our time on the beach! The morning and evening walks were wonderful. The condo was very clean, very comfortable, well maintained, beautiful, and equipped with everything we needed for the week. It was almost like walking into your own home. The home was stocked with supplies that really made it easy for us to come right in and start enjoying our vacation! The pictures provided of the condo were very accurate, the owner was very helpful and available to answer questions via texts and emails. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to friends and family. This condo is just steps away from the beach.... We are so happy that we got to enjoy this place and had a perfect vacation.

  A girlfriend and I traveled with our teenage kids (4 total) and this was a perfect location, set-up and experience. The condo/townhome is very spacious and absolutely lovely - upgraded throughout. It was also very functional - when traveling it is the little things like hairdryers, laundry soup and condiments in the rental that make it feel like "home". The owner is also very responsive and helpful she even leaves a letter with tips for eating out and grocery store locations. We wanted to be close to Clearwater for the "activities" but not stay right in them for our own quiet time too. We were so pleased with this choice, we were far enough away to not be bothered with the crowds, but close enough to enjoy them when we wanted to enjoy them. We loved being right on the beach - it is beautiful! We were a little worried about the shared pool, however during our stay - a particulary busy spring break - a lot of the units were not occupied, so there was pletty of room/space at the pool too. I would absolutely recommend this rental.

  We had a great time. It was just as promised. It worked well for our mom with no steps to her room and out to the pool and beach! Nice Place! I would rent it again!

  The stay was great for us because it provided us with 7 straight days of time together. As you know, raising a family today is busy, hectic, and it seems everyone is doing their own thing. We had plenty If time to bond and reconnect with one another. This family time together was exactly what I had hoped for. It was a great week for us to reunite on a deeper level. The condo was great for that. We had our separate rooms, but also came together on the beach, at the pool, and for short day trips. We actually enjoyed cooking great dinners together. My daughter loves to cook. She and my husband created the best dishes. We ate them shortly after we watched the magnificent sunset from our special spot on the beach. We really couldn't have asked for anything more in the accommodations . They were perfect for us. Separate bathrooms, washer, dryer, iron, hair dryer, and full kitchen was just perfect. The casual setting in the house made us all comfortable. Your family pictures were great reminders of the happy family that had provided us with these comforts. I don't know that I would change a thing. Yankee Spring training was the highlight for my son and daughter. The solitude of the beach, long morning walks and searching for the perfect sea shell with my husband was mine. We will be back, Thanks Again, Brenda

  We have stayed in this wonderful condo 4 times in the past few years and it is even better now that the entire building has been refurbished. Interior and exterior renovation has made this lovely and spacious condo a great value and a delight for families or friends. State-of-the-art appliances, comfortable beds & sofas, heated pool within steps of the door & big-screen TV are secondary to the location and absolutely perfect spot on the beach and amazing sunsets. Good restaurants within walking distance. This is truly a beach paradise, an escape from northern winters & we will return again & again.

  My family loved staying at this property! From the moment we arrived we felt like we were in paradise. We enjoyed our coffee on the back porch each morning while listening to the crash of the waves. Even better, though, was watching the sun set each evening over the Gulf of Mexico. Some evenings we walked along the beach, while others we sat comfortably in lounge chairs sipping wine - it truly "doesn't get any better than this". The accommodations were truly some of the nicest we have stayed in. Plenty of room for all with privacy when needed. We couldn't believe how much there was to do and see nearby! We will definitely return.
