We stayed at this condo for five nights during the holidays. What a cozy, roomy and ideal condo for our vaction, we couldn't have asked for more. It was clean, very homey and the location was fantastic The kitchen was well stocked and we made all but one night of our meals here. We would recommend this condo to anyone who loves the outdoors. Quite a find and we will definitely rent here again. Thanks to the owners for providing such an impeccable condo and for making sure that all was ready and waiting for us renters.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, pet owners, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My sister and I stayed here with our 5 kids over the July 4th holiday. What a fantastic time was had by all! The kids especially loved the upstairs loft! The location is great as it is just a short walk to the nearby creek and meadow which is absolutely beautiful. It's also a quick walk or scooter ride to the nearby park.. Vons, restaurants, and shops are located just down the street. I've stayed in many rentals before and many times feel that it's a hodgepodge of stuff that people had leftover and brought to their vacation home. This is not the case with this condo. It is nicely decorated and well equipped. I can't really think of anything that wasn't there that we would have liked to have had. The owner, Carol could not be nicer! Thank you for a wonderful stay. We created many fun memories on this trip!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, pet owners, families with young children.

This review may be a little late but I still haven't forgotten what a wonderful stay we had at this cozy condo and I wanted everyone to know that you will not be disappointed by renting here. My husband and I stayed here with our niece, nephew and our 3 dogs - big dogs I might add, two of them close to 100 lbs - and we all had a blast! We wished we could have stayed longer we enjoyed it so much. The condo is spacious, the kitchen is well-stocked, there is a washer and dryer, the sofa is comfortable and the kids loved the loft. My nephew was so enchanted that he said "I wish we could live here!". This is the first time we have rented a place and taken our dogs with us. We were a little worried about what we would find with a "pet-friendly" rental. Even thought we have three dogs we are neat-freaks and I was worried about what we would find. What we found was a very clean and well-kept condo that I would have never guessed had had pets staying there. Whew! We were so happy! The area is quiet, in fact we didn't even know we had neighbors until the last morning when we walked out to find them sitting on their steps petting their dog. Turns out they had been there the entire time we had. We never heard a peep out of them and they stated they never heard a peep out of us. The outside grounds are green and beautiful. You can walk right out the condo, take a right down the street and in about 2 minutes you are on a very nice walk/bike path that takes you all around the area. There is a pretty little stream that runs right behind the condo and the dogs had a blast running through it and cooling off during the midday warmth (I won't say "heat" as it never got really hot, just warm enough to enjoy the lakes in the middle of the day). The condo is a very short distance to Vons as well as restaurants and shopping. I also found the only Starbucks and it was only a short drive up the road. Some habits die hard! Overall, a fabulous experience! Thanks Carol, for allowing us into your beautiful home. We loved it!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, pet owners, families with young children, sightseeing.

Thank you very much for having us stayed in your beautiful home in Mammoth Lakes. We shared your home with another family, and our dog. Your home was more than big enough for all of us. The boys' favorite hang-out area was the loft. We most appreciated the 2 separate bedrooms downstairs with King size beds; a kitchen with plenty of dishes and utensils; and the location was too convenience. The kids really enjoyed playing in the park and fishing at the nearby creeks, all within a walking distance. Just amazing!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, pet owners, families with young children, tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Our family stayed her for a few days on our way up to Lake Tahoe and when it came time to leave we didn't want to go. We had so much fun hiking and fishing and just relaxing... we are definitely coming back next summer. With just the 4 of us and our dog, we could have easily shared this condo with another small family and had plenty of room. We took our dog on long walks each morning in the meadow directly outside the Snowcreek complex and it was a perfect start to each day. The condo was well decorated and very clean and had absolutely everything we might have needed. Thank you so much for a great vacation.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, pet owners, families with young children, tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We usually stay at "The Village" but last week when we wanted to go to Mammoth they didn't have availability for us, so a friend of ours referred us to this condo. Wow! We have never been so happy that "The Village" didn't have space for us! My wife and I have two kids (15yo boy and 13yo girl) and this condo was absolutely perfect! (maybe even a little big for just the 4 of us). The bottom floor has the master bedroom which was large and spacious, and the other room (where our kids slept) had a huge bed and was very comfortable. The "main" floor has the kitchen and a large room that's basically the dining room and family room. But the really cool thing is the 4 bed loft above the kitchen area...the kids can't wait to bring their friends back. Plenty of space! This place is conveniently located right around the corner from Vons, where we bought all our groceries and cooked our own meals...saved a lot of money. The kitchen is fully stocked, so cooking was a breeze. There's also a BBQ on the porch, where we BBQ'd one of our dinners. (small nitpick: they have a toaster oven, but no toaster...we kept burning our bagels...it'd be nice to have a regular bread toaster there) It's also only about 2-3 miles(?) from Canyon Lodge, where we drove to each morning to snowboard. One of the nice things about this place is the washing machine and dryer...mostly the dryer. It was really nice being able to come home from boarding all day and toss the gloves, socks, etc. into the washer/dryer and be ready for the next day. There's an enclosed Jacuzzi and sauna right around the corner too. Cool factor: Saw my first bear one night while taking the trash out...he saw me and just walked away...way cool! One thing to consider: there are a lot of steps/stairs in this unit (which kind of makes it neat) but if you have any trouble with mobility, especially getting up and down stairs, this may not be the best place for you. The family and I have decided this place is way better than the Village and we're staying here from now on...and we're bringing our friends and our dogs too (it's pet friendly)....hopefully I'm not writing my way out of it's availability! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, pet owners, families with young children, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

Our group of 8 absolutely loved staying there for our 4 day ski trip! Literally just a 3 minute walk to the shuttle stop, outdoor closet perfect for our skis and boards (and full of sleds for us to use!), large dining table, comfy beds, and lots of extra blankets and pillows to utilize while watching movies or playing video games. The local Vons is just a short drive away as well as a great pizza place (Giovanni's) and we loved the fact that the condo was just enough out of town to give us plenty of cool places to hike around and explore when we were off the slopes. It was very clean and cozy (the welcome basket was a fun surprise!), the bathrooms were well stocked with shower soaps/shampoos, and having a washer and dryer on hand was perfect! The owners were very helpful and super easy to communicate with... would recommend to anybody!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, pet owners, families with young children, tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing.
