This exceptional ground floor luxury condo offers a tropical garden view from the screened-in porch and dining area where you can relax and enjoy your holiday. The condo is located in the quiet and gated Castle Pines community. The internal living area and kitchen are fully equipped and furnished to a very high standard with everything that you will need to enjoy your stay including new cutlery and glassware. The beautiful Master Suite (Unit A) has two queen beds with 500 thread Damask sheets, a luxuriously large Master Bathroom and a separate half bathroom as well. The Guest Suite (Unit B) has two queen beds also outfitted with 500 thread Damask sheets, along with its own bathroom. The Guest Suite benefits from having a kitchenette, mini-fridge, coffee maker & microwave. Both Suites are equipped with TV's. We have WiFi Internet available in the condo as well.
Amenities include a separate laundry room with washer and dryer located just outside of both units. Irons and ironing boards are also included in both units. The property also has a superb swimming pool along with a Jacuzzi and a children's playground. The condo is located within 5 minutes of four championship golf courses. The New York Mets Spring Training Camp, which is located at Tradition Field in Port St Lucie, is just 2 miles away. Walt Disney World is just an hour and a half away by car.
There are several excellent restaurants within 5-15 minutes drive of the condo serving such specialities as fresh Seafood, Italian, Chinese, and Mexican. Major Supermarkets are also handily located within several new shopping malls which are also within a 5-10 minute drive.

We enjoyed our stay in Port St. Lucie . We found your condo very comfortable and spacious and felt very at home there. The location was great for golf and shopping. About the owner: Hi, My name is Greg Popper and along with my brother Ted, we have been welcoming guests to our beautiful condo in the PGA Village (Castle Pines section) since 2004. We look forward to having you as our guest. My advice is to forget the weather back home and just relax and enjoy all the nearby actvities such as golfing, fishing, sunbathing or swimming in the ocean. The Treasure Coast has it all. Why the Owner Chose Port St. Lucie:
PGA Village is a superb location that can be used as a base to take advantage of all that Florida's Treasure Coast has to offer.You can enjoy the sunshine on beautiful sandy Jensen Beach or swim in the Atlantic Ocean if you like. Jensen Beach and Hutchinson Island are located just 20 minutes away from the condo. If Golf is your passion then you are in the right place to play at one of the four championship golf courses that are all conviently located within five minutes of the condo. The New York Mets Spring Training Camp, which is located at Tradition Field in Port St Lucie, is only two miles away. Walt Disney World is just an hour and a half away by car. The weather also played a big role in our decision to purchase the condo as it is normally tropical here when the rest of the country is freezing!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The PGA Golf Club is within walking distance from the condo. It offers three championship golf courses; the Ryder course and The Wanamaker Course designed by Tom Fazio, and the Pete Dye Course. Each course provides unique features to test your game. The PGA Learning Center is located next to The Golf Club where you can spend the whole day fine tuning your game.
The PGA Village has a superb swimming pool (see pictures) and a relaxing Jacuzzi/Hot Tub. A small children's playground is located directly beside the swimming pool complex. These facilities are free of charge for guests.
