Yes we have a Brand new condo available for you. Our condos are usually booked far in advance, however this year we can actually guarantee that we have your dates available if you call or e-mail us today.
Don't call us this late in the season for next year as we will probably be booked as most every newer condo on the Island is. Here is your chance to rent a new condo at a terrific price. It's just a short walk (exactly 5 minutes for one unit and 3 minutes for the other 12 units) to the sandy Gulf beach. You'll enjoy the peace and quiet at this 8 unit complex, or our brand new 4 unit complex. These complexes are very private, without all of the hustle and bustle of those big complexes.
These condos are located on the Gulf Beach side, where you will want to be. Ask about my Brand new Executive Condos just completed June 5th 2005 and I'll send you some photos that WILL impress YOU!!! I GUARANTEE IT........
Each complex has a private pool and plenty of parking. The unit features two, very spacious bedrooms. The master bed room has a king-sized bed, walk-in closet and its own full-sized bathroom, a 20" flat screen Satellite TV/DVD/CD player. The second bedroom has a queen and a twin-size bed and features a 20" flat screen Satellite TV/DVD/CD player. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is a sofa sleeper in the living rm. All ceramic tiled floors.
The unit also features a large living room with a 52 inch big screen TV and DVD/VCR/CD player. Satellite TV with over 150 channels including 8 HBO channels. It too, has a ceiling fan. The dining area seats six comfortably, and accommodates two extra people with seating at the bar.
The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator with ice maker, a smooth top stove and microwave, and complete set of everything necessary to create meals in the comfort of your home away from home. There is even a washer and dryer inside the unit. There are pool side loungers and a table with chairs for the pool area. We also provide a BBQ grill for you.
No-smoking is allowed in the unit but there is a small front porch to take those as needed breaks. No pets are allowed on the premises.
South Padre Island offers beautiful, warm weather and sandy beaches. There is plenty to do in the area, from fishing, surfing, swimming, boating, golfing, shopping, and just beach combing or laying in the sun. Schlitterbahn water park, rated one of the best in the United States by the Travel Channel, is just minutes away. There is also a sea turtle sanctuary nearby, horse back riding, and plenty of restaurants for dining out.
Mexico is approximately a thirty minute drive for those interested in going south of the border to shop or sight see. Once a year South Padre also features Bike Week for those Harley loyals.
