I have been coming to Jacksonville Beach for years. I have stayed in and viewed most of the properties up and down the beach from Ponte Vedra to Atlantic Beach, and this home is definitely the best of them all! Directly on the beach--the panoramic views from here are SPECTACULAR. Within walking distance to all my favorite places to shop and eat (Bonefish, Carrabas, Casa Marina, Bukkets, Snappers-- I could go on)...I LOVE how bicycle-friendly this area is, we rode our bikes everywhere too. The amenities in the main building do not exist elsewhere, even in the more ritzy and expensive condos. We love the hot tub room where you can open all the sliding doors to feel the breeze, and used the gym, movie room, social room, and billiards room quite a bit. Amazingly it's very quiet in the main building and we never had to wait to use the amenities. We have actually stayed in the main building before, and like driving up right into the garage in this home MUCH better. The pictures just can't explain enough, this home is HUGE, very spacious, and the master bedroom is enormous. We did make a visit to the zoo, and always go to St. Johns town center and St Augustine and highly recommend those if you have time. I also recommend dining at 69 Ocean Cabana Club, and TPC Sawgrass country club golf course restaurant. Casa Marina Penthouse lounge is our favorite patio to sit on and watch the beach and listen to some light music occasionally. This home was so nicely decorated and comfortable we really did feel like a home away from home. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we are making plans now to come back more often if we can stay here!

Why the Owner Chose Jacksonville Beach:
I sold my house in New Hampshire after my husband died, I bought this town house after his death and after renting beach property here during the winter. I also have some members of my family living in Northern Jacksonville. I chose this property because of its location, steps to the beautiful and walkable beach, in walking distance to shopping and other stores. I chose a townhouse because I do not like to use elevators to carry 'stuff' in and out of my car.( My inside private garage opens into my dining room room and kitchen). My town house is an end-unit with plenty of sunshine, quiet and very comfortable.
