We stayed here, and it was perfect. Except for the weather! A cols spring all over the country! The condo had a perfect view, and was so nice and peaceful. It had a nice kitchen to prepare meals, and also wireless internet. The beds were so comfortable. Condo was close to all the attractions. We went to the Aquarium and Ft. Fisher. One day we went down to Myrtle Beach too, and it was not too far. The indoor pool was nice, since it was cold outside. We did enjoy some time on the beach, and it does have a lot of shells to collect. That is my daughters favorite thing! Nice place, would stay again on our next trip down. Owners are amazing, and so helpful. Easy to work with, and so nice. Would recommend this condo to anyone.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Never on our lives have we slept this close to the Ocean. Never in our lives have we felt like the beach was all ours. Unit 503 gives you the opportunity to live in a beautifully updated clean condo fully equipped and great for dining in every night. Peaceful, relaxing and big enough for this family of 5 to spread out. I was tempted not to share and keep it all to myself but the owners are so accommodating I had to find a way to thank them for renting their home to us.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

This condo is beautiful and very clean and comfortable! It was just the right size for our family of 5 with room to spare. You are right there on the beach with gorgeous views of the ocean and sounds of the waves crashing. The weather was cool due to the time of our visit, but we greatly enjoyed the enormous indoor pool at the recreation center. The owners are very easy to work with and answered all of our questions. We would highly recommend this property and hope to stay there again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We had a great vacation last week at Ocean Dunes# 503. We had upset with the refridgerator not Working , but the owners were great, they were there right away & actually brought a new refridgerator the next day. Great condo layout especially with four kids. The only thing we did not like is No tv in bedrooms except master. This unit is in great location right by one of outdoor pools & loved having beach chairs & toys available for our use. We will definatly book this unit again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Wish our short stay could have been longer. Would rent the unit again, just based on location, being an upstairs unit makes the view from the very large ocean front deck amazing and you are like 50' from the water, a quick trip down the stairs and around the building to the pathway to the beach. Mom and dad can sit on the deck and watch the kids play on the beach. The near by town of Kure Beach offers good food and the aquarium, just south of the unit is great and kid freindly. I would take my own towels and linens as the sheets provided did not fit the beds well(too small or washed too many times). Owners were easy to work with.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

We loved our stay at 503 ocean dunes. The decorating was beautiful and the veiw was awesome. Our wedding was rite out front of the balcony on the beach.Also the neighbors was really friendly and nice.Hopefully we can stay here again next time we come down... Thanks so much for letting us stay your beautiful vacation home. We stay out on the balcony and had breakfast it was so beauitful. We also got to see some dolphins early in the morning...My girls loved it. It was a lil cool to get in the water but we really enjoyed our stay..And will defintely be back again...Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

My wife, two daughters and I stayed at this Kure Beach top-floor condo and loved it. The place is well apportioned, has an amazing view, and is in a great location. It is only a couple of miles from the Aquarium, only steps from a virtually private beach, and close enough (1/2 hour) from the attractions in Wilmington. The owners are great, as they helped us book last minute, and after my wife forgot her cosmetic case after we departed, Jen (the owner) graciously mailed it herself back to our home in Charlotte. I was able to go on early morning walks on the beach and even saw Dolphins! The Kure beach pier is only a 5 minute drive away as well as a couple of good options for restaurants. Thanks again for everything!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.

Wonderful condo in a great location. Beautiful ocean view and quite location toward the end of the island. The indoor pool was a hit with our son based on the time of year we were visiting. We fell in love with Kure Beach even more...but then again we were already in love as we were in town looking at properties in Kure Beach to relocate this year upon retirement. Recommend this condo!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

The place was like entering Key West, so nicely decorated,clean, very comfortable for my three teenagers, and my husband and myself. Walk steps to beach and the morning Sun Awakes you and takes your breath away...,plenty to do with a lovely pool, tennis and basketball courts kept us all busy...plenty of close shopping and great food.oh yes we will be back! Thanks again .Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, tourists without a car.

About the owner: Kure Beach is our favorite vacation spot. We love the beach and have found nothing that compares to the tranquillity of the south end of Fort Fisher. The wide expanse of beach, the privacy of the oceanfront decks at Ocean Dunes resort make you feel like you have your own private beach. We rent our property in hopes that someday we can spend extended periods of time at the beach. We love Ocean Dunes and know you will too.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Walk south to the cochina rock outcropping to search for sea stars, crabs, and small fish is one of our favorite activites. Walk the beach north about 1/2 a mile to the Kure Beach pier and downtown Kure Beach.
