DEPOSIT & PAYMENT POLICY: A security deposit of $775/ $1500 with more than a 3 month rental. Basic cleaning fee of $125/ $200 with more than a 3 month rental. 50% of your rate is due with your signed lease within 14 days of recieving your lease. The remaining balance is due 60 days proir to arrival.
CANCELLATIONS: In case of cancellation after a deposit is received, you will be charged a $100 cancellation fee. Within 60 days of the time of arrival, or after occupancy, no refunds will be given unless property can be rented again.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT & BASIC CLEANING FEE: A $775 security deposit is required for all rentals 3 months and under. More than 3 months is $1500. A basic cleaning fee of $125 is also required with all rentals3 months and under. More than 3 months $200.
This home is a non-smoking home. If there is any sign of smoking in the home you will forfeit your security deposit. There are also no pets allowed in the home.
