DEPOSIT & PAYMENT POLICY: A security deposit of $775, basic cleaning fee of $125, and 50% of your rate is due with your signed lease within 14 days of recieving your lease. The remaining balance is due 60 days proir to arrival.
CANCELLATIONS: In case of cancellation after a deposit is recieved, you will be charged a $100 cancellation fee. Within 60 days of the time of arrival, or after occupancy, no refunds will be given unless property can be rented again.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT & BASIC CLEANING FEE: A $775 security deposit is required for all rentals. A basic cleaning fee of $125 is also required with all rentals.
This home is a non-smoking home. If there is any sign of smoking in the home you will forfeit your security deposit. There are also no pets allowed in the home.
