For those who want awesome views and serenity, our gated Rainbow Rock Condo is a must do. Views of the ocean, beaches, waves crashing against tall seastacks, periodic whale migrations and sealions viewed with a spotting scope are but a few of the wonderful sites to see from the livingroom, diningroom and deck. Access to the beach below is reached by a private trail. The Oregon Coast Trail is also reached onsite. All new appliances and furniture with a total refurbishing of the unit make this a very attractive vacation getaway. Just spent a week in #101 and it was everything our family of four with two teenagers needed. Wonderful views throughout the day. Excellent location for exploring beaches as well as northern California Redwood NP. Management team was great. Coffee maker was not working when we arrived and they immediately bought a new one. Thank you so much for a wonderful week.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

We found this property to be very accomodating, comfortable, cozy and clean. The view was great and we were lucky enough to be blessed with really nice weather for the month of January. The property management staff were very accomodating as well and went out of their way to address any needs or requests that we had. I would definitely stay at this property, if available, again as well as recommend it to other individuals. PS Hummingbird and whale activity was awesome!!!Owner response: We appreciate your review. About the owner: We are now retired and have spent many vacations on the Oregon Coast in the past with and without our children (3). We hope to spend a lot of time with our children, their spouses and our grandchidren (now at 10) in the coming years.
