Completely renovated inside in 2010. All new appliances, furniture, bedding, flat screen TV's, etc.
Contemporary rattan and wood decor with lively modern art in living room. Bedrooms set up for vacation convenience and comfort, all new mattresses and plenty of storage space. Lovely and convenient tiled bathrooms with lots of towel racks for all of those bathing suits and towels in summer. Granite countertops in the fully equipped kitchen.
Balcony overlooks pool, beach, pond with bridge, Lake Erie and a lighthouse. The complex has an outdoor heated pool, hot tub, private beach access on Lake Erie, tennis court, and putting green and offers charcoal grills with picnic areas.

Our family of 8 stayed here from July 2-5. Our children are ages 21, 19,17,14, 11, and 8. There was plenty of room for all of us! We had a great time! The condo is in perfect condition! It is even better than the pictures! There wasn't anything extra we needed to bring other than our own personal items and food! This is a perfect place to stay for anyone looking to getaway! There are several places within walking distance to eat or just to go sightseeing! The view is beautiful and it is a very quiet/peaceful place to stay! Do not hesitate to stay here, it is wonderful!!! Thank you again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This place was very clean and spacious. WE had everthing we needed at our finger tips.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We had such a nice time. The condo was perfect for our large family. The TV's in every room is such a nice touch at the end of a long day. The kids got to relax, which means, we got to relax. Everything was so nice. The condo, the building, the pool, the beach. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Enjoyed our stay tremendously. From Jet boating to the islands, charter fishing, to relaxing at the condo pool and private beach. Food in the area was fantastic. condo was well equipped, centrally located to all the good stuff from shoppoing to 5 star resturants. Hope to be back soon. Excellent accomadations for my entire family, clean and spacious. Beach, pool, Putting green, and tennis were great fun at the facility. Centrally located to all the best restaurants and fishing outlets. About the owner: Rich is from Winamac, IN and grew up fishing on Lake Maxinkuckee in Culver and Lake Oba in northern Ontario. He met Suzanne, from Maryland, who grew up crabbing & fishing on the Miles River near St. Michaels, MD. Married for 30 years, they have quite successfully fished for walleye on Lake Erie a number of times and, with young grandchildren in nearby Cleveland, bought this property as a fisherman's haven, family retreat with many restaurants and local waterfront beauty, and a great place for Popsie to bring the grandkids to fish, swim and play. Place looks great! Come share the fun!
