This large, fully furnished, one-bedroom/one-bath condo is on the 34th floor at the Waikiki Banyan. This corner unit features beautiful ocean views.
The condo accommodates up to four guests -- with two twin beds (which can be converted to a king-size bed, upon request) and a queen-size sofa bed. Amenities include air-conditioning, a lanai, cable TV, a DVD player, and a phone with unlimited free local and long distance calls in the US and Canada. There is free high speed wireless inter-net access. Additionally, there is a full kitchen and free parking. The unit was recently redecorated with new wood and tile floors, new paint, new vanity & tiles in the bathroom as well as plush new beds and new island furniture and new drapes. Enjoy the large recreation area with its heated swimming pool, spa, tennis, saunas, electric barbecues, sun deck, recreation area for small children, and snack bar. This is a great romantic getaway!

My family and I have been fortunate to stay twice in the most spectacular condo in the famous Banyan Tree Hotel. The one bedroom condo boasts an amazing unimpeded ocean view from the bedroom to the living room. Tastefully furnished, attractive fully-equipped kitchen, good sized lanai, and comfortable bed. As it is a corner unit, there are more amazing views from a window in the bedroom, as well as the kitchen. Heaven! The Banyan Tree itself has a great deck with a swimming pool, barbecues, two hot tubs. It's all there. Enjoy.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

About the owner: Our family loves Hawaii. We live in Palo Alto California but have been vactioning in Hawaii since the late 1970's. We loved it so much that we decided to purchase a condo in the Waikiki Banyan in 1984 for our family to enjoy and to rent out to others when we weren't there. Now our grown children and their children also love it. We chose the Waikiki Banyan because it is family friendly, well located near the beach and zoo. We chose our unit because of it's fabulous ocean view on the 34 th floor. We have had multiple generations of families staying in our unit over the years.
Why the Owner Chose Waikiki Banyan:
Because of it's location near the beach and Kapiolani Park and the zoo. Because of all of it's amenities. Because of it's friendly staff.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We love sitting out on the lanai and watching the ocean and surfers and swimmers. We enjoy being only 1 block from the beach and 2 blocks from Kapiolani Park and the zoo. We love the fabulous views from our condo
