    The room is situated in a great spot to see both sunrises and sunsets. Pool area is very nice, 86-degree water. Beach access very easy, and frontal wetlands provide nice privacy. Clay tennis courts were outstanding. Room had everything two people need for comfort, ate many meals from balcony. Even though building is a little older, it is very well kept, and grounds are immaculate. Owner very good to work with.

    Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

    We had such a great time at your condo last week. For anyone interested in this place you will not be disappointed. There is not a thing you will need after you unpack your bags. We look forward to coming back.

    VERY NICE AND CLEAN CONDO ON THE BEACH, THE OWNER JACK WAS EASY TO WORK WITH. NICE QUIET AREA IN FORT MYERS BEACH ,SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS CLOSE BY A GREAT PRICE TOO.HAD A NICE TIME HOPE TO BE BACK NEXT YEAR AND WOULD RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS AND RELATIVES. ED.

    Excellent place for a couple or small family. My husband and I enjoyed the area tremendously---Ft. Myers Beach, Naples, Marco Island, Sanibel, Capitiva....all within a short drive. The condo was furnished with everything you need...right down to beach towels, beach unbrella, and beach chairs. The place was immaculate and the bed was SO comfortable. Highly recommend. Jack even left a bottle of wine, snacks, and bottled water for our arrival. He was so easy to work with and very accommodating!

    I have stayed at EBT before at a different apartment. This one, is definitely the best there is, far beyond the description supplied. Besides the cleanliness and over abundance of towels and linens and household supplies; there were water toys, beach towels, umbrella & chairs for your use. I stayed here for a month. When I first entered; I found snacks, a started pack of coffee and a bottle of wine graciously waiting for me on the kitchen table! It was a pleasure dealing with Jack and have already told him I will be coming back as soon as possible. I will definitely tell all of my friends about my "Great Find on FMB!"

    This was a great vacation everything I needed was at this beautiful condo. The reviews did not do this place justice, all the pictures showed the great sunsets but every morning I sat on the balcony and watched the most amazing sunrises drinking my coffee.The water views were wonderful you were surrounded on 3 sides with water. The pool was so clean and warm, the grounds and everything was well maintained. The condo had beach towels and chairs,the bed was very confortable and the place was very quiet. I would love to come back to this condo again next year.

    My stay was great. The condo was spotless with a great location right across from santini plaza where there are restaurants with great food. We had some tv issues, but jack was right there to fix the problem. Thanks for a great time at your condo jack and Connie. We hope to be able to return in the future and would definitely want to rent with you again. Tina and Paul

    Thank you so much Jack for working with us on such short notice, all we can say is you have a very wonderful, comfortable condo with an awesome, awesome view. Being able to see the gulf and beaches and all across the the city lights of Fort Myers Beach and the bay area was just breath taking. Everything was spotless and very well supplied. We would definately recommend your condo to our family and friends, in fact we had some friends come visit and it changed their whole perspective about being in a unit on the 10th floor - they fell in love with the view and your condo. Also, thank you for giving us the name of a really great realtor. Thank you again for everything, John and Joyce H.

    Jack, Just wanted to thank you for the use of your condo. My wife and I had a great time at the beach and the Ft. Myers beach/Sanibel area. Everything was just as described and when we were there there wasn't a lot of people at the complex which was nice for us. Our last day there we were on the beach across the lagoon and and spotted dolphins in the water out about 25-50 feet. We also liked the shell collecting in the area and brought lots home with us.     Jack and Connie, Karen and I would like to say thanks for being a big part of our best vacation. We had a blast. there is so much to do down in Estero Beach and Fort Myers. Also, the condo was great; neat and clean and as dumb as it sounds, very fresh smelling also. Sometimes you go to places that smell stale , but everything was 1st rate , from top to bottom. The Club was wonderful, the pool and beach, just great ! This really was our best time in Florida ever and we've been going down their since our daughters were small. We will be contacting you for next year for sure ! Thanks again, Mike and Karen

    Jack We had a fantastic time ..really enjoyed our stay with you Many thanks ..your Condo was excellent in every respect ..loved the facilities and the closeness to the beach and wildlife ..great views too. We enjoyed a few BBQs and met a few other residents which was nice too. We are both coming up to retirement and this week of living the Florida lifestyle really impressed us and we aim to do a longer stay next Easter. Thanks again for a memorable stay with you it will keep us going and looking forward to the “next time” Many thanks Neil and Linda

    Jack, you said we would love your condo and we did! Very bright & modern decor with comfortable furniture, especially the bed. We enjoyed the flat screen tv, granite countertops, high-end (Cuisinart) appliances, and attention to every detail that make your guests comfortable and feel at home. We also enjoyed the panoramic view from the balcony of the Gulf, Sanibel and the Bay. After looking at several other complexes and units for comparison, we realized that yours was the best in the area for the two of us for all the reasons stated above, as well as close to all our favorite restaurants, and I quickly booked it for next March. Thanks for being so great to work with (providing directions, check-in, and other information), which made our stay relaxing and stress-free. Sincerely, Kathy & Dan

    Jack, I just want to let you know that we had a fabulous time in FL! We were especially appreciative of the location of your condo after encountering the traffic toward Town Square. Thanks for having the cooler, lawn chairs, beach umbrella and towels available for us to use. We are back in MN where it is about 60 degrees colder plus looking at the 6-8 inches of new snow and ice that fell while we were gone. We are hoping that someday we can return to Fort Meyers Beach. Thanks again. Lois

    I really enjoyed my stay. The condo was clean and the appliances were new. The balcony has a view of the entire Island. Everyone had a great time. I have stayed at the Estero Beach & Tennis Club 4 times now and this was by far the nicest condo we have rented. I would definitely recommend it.

    My girl and I loved your vacation home everything was there that we needed. The condo clean and well-maintained. The perfect location restaurants, bank and shopping just across the street. & a great Golf course in walking distance. I would recommend this property to a friend or relative.     We recently stayed at the Estero Beach & Tennis Club. The condo was on the 10th floor and was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated with all of the amenities you could want, even a flat screen tv!! The view of the gulf was perfect, especially for the sunsets. Close to shops, restaurants and bars, plenty to do. Great beach! We would definitely stay here again next year!! A+++++

    Had a wonderful time In October, 2010. Great view of the Gulf. Wonderful area for sightseeing and recreational activities. Shopping and great restaurants nearby.
