An expansive open living/dining/kitchen area with ten foot ceilings and nine foot ceilings on the second floor along with oversize doors gives that spacious ambience of a European Villa.
Two private courtyards in front and back offer ideal spots for barbecuing and gathering of friends as well as intimate privacy for a soak in the hot tub after a challenging 18 holes on the adjacent Santa Rosa Golf Club course. A private garage and an additional carport provides covered parking for vehicles.
The Courtyards of Santa Rosa Beach is a new quaint neighborhood of just 40 golf villas. It’s location on a quiet lane is across a private drive from the 18 hole Santa Rosa Golf Club that claims the only two holes overlooking the Gulf of Mexico in South Walton County.
