Convenient first floor location with easy access without the need of stairs or an elevator. The skii buses pick-up and drop-off right outside the front door. The condo is an end unit with a large patio and when the snow is not so heavy you exit the back of the condo and walk about 100 yards and you are downtown Winter Park.
The unit was renovated in January of 2010 and it is very updated. The beds are comfortable and the sofas are larger enough you can sleep on them or use the pull out beds if you like.
The complex has a club house with a pool, hot tubs, sauna, washer and dryer. Towels are furnished at the club house for each guest.

Why Beaver Village:
We loved to Skii and do outside activities in the mountatin and there is not a better place in Colorado than Winter Park. The Winter Park resort is a skii resort that has fast lifts and long lines are no where to be found. We want to spend our time skiing not standing in line. The town of Winter Park provides a lot of summer acitivites in town like music, BBQ cookoffs, etc..
