  This home is exceptional! The owner was most helpful and the management team offered us assistance in many different areas such as bike rental, full size crib and information on the home and Island. The property was clean, updated with first rate appliances and nicely decorated. We highly recommend this property. We have been coming to Kiawah since 1995 (at least 20 times) and this is one of the best homes we stayed in.

  This home is even more beautiful than it looks in the pictures! It is the perfect home for a family vacation. We loved the pool and used it daily. It is very private, you can't see the neighbors from the back, so you really feel like you're in your own little paradise. The kitchen is a chef's dream, it was a pleasure to cook in! The bathrooms are all luxurious and beautiful, immaculately decorated and spa-like. The bedrooms were all very comfortable, with large closets, two with window seats, and one had a balcony. The owner and concierge service made everything so easy, we had never been to Kiawah before and they provided great information. The beach is a scenic, short ride away, and the house has great access to the bike paths for miles of easy riding, the kids loved this. I would absolutely stay in this house again!

  Our recent stay at this home was just great. The house is well equipped with a beautiful kitchen that is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The easy access to the pool from the house is an added bonus. The pool is the perfect size and has plenty of seating along the walls for people to enjoy themselves. The screened in porch was used frequently in the evenings and if you are into grilling, the house has a grill just off the screened in porch allowing you to cook and serve right from the deck. The open floor plan on the first floor is great for entertaining with easy access to the large deck and pool. This home in Kiawah was very clean and nicely decorated. We loved staying at this house so much, that we’ve already made our reservations to stay there for next summer. Both the homeowner and management company were a pleasure to work with and very accommodating.

  We recently spent spring break at this lovely home. It was beautifully furnished with a great layout for 4 adults and 3 kids. The location was really nice as we could easily get onto the bike path and bike to the beach or anywhere on the island which is very biker friendly. A wonderful concierge service delivered our bikes in the sizes we needed which was a huge convenience. This service also was so organized and responsive to our every need and addressed some minor glitches with unbelievable service and speed. The house is really comfortable, open and airy with great natural light. Our kids loved the heated pool and used it several times a day. The kitchen was superbly equipped for all the cooking we did and there is even a grill on the spacious deck area as well as a gazebo for al fresco dining. The owner was very responsive in helping us with our cell phone reception (our only complaint) and did get it resolved for us. We really did love staying at this clean and beautifully maintained house...it even has an elevator to avoid lugging heavy suitcases up to the second floor. We've stayed in several VRBO houses and this is right up there on top of our list...we certainly hope to visit again. Besides being very beautiful, Kiawah has great restaurants and fantastic beaches ideal for biking and body surfing and is relatively uncrowded even during a peak week. We definitely will return and highly recommend this property.

  Stayed at the house over Christmas- absolutely gorgeous and over-the-top appointments, yet extremely comfortable- Bathrooms are to die for. Jacuzzi is the best feature. The kitcken has everything, including fully stocked spice rack that came in handy cooking Christmas dinner. Elevator is a neat feature for hauling up food and luggage. Will definitely book this house again next year.
