These units are located in the heart of everything Rehoboth has to offer. We stayed in "the drive" and the unit was just big enough and comfortable for two people. Just perfect. Michael was more than accommodating and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We are already looking forward to a return visit.

We stayed in the "Top" for the weekend. It was very clean and had pretty much everything we could have needed. Only a minute walk to get to the beach, boardwalk, and shopping on Rehoboth Ave. The "top" has many windows and when the sun comes up in the morning, expect to be awake. Even with the blinds closed and curtains shut, we were awake by 6am. We were away from our two small children and hoping to sleep in. It worked out fine as we were able to walk the boardwalk and enjoy the sunrise. The restaurant across the street did get a little loud in the evenings, something you might want to consider if renting the space in the front of the building but didn't really bother us as all. Owner was very helpful with questions and guidance when booking. We will definitely stay here when we return and have already recommended to friends visiting this summer. Couldn't have made for a better 30th Birthday surprise for my husband and close enough for us to walk to the Dogfish Head Brewpub.

Stay here: the beach only 1.5 blocks, get away from the late night noise from main drag, 1/2 block from food & shops. This is clean, accurately displayed by photos, offers an abundant sunshine inside & on the porch, and very comfortable. After a long Friday, we slipped into a large comfy bed. Initially some loud noises similar to steel hitting the floor was experienced about 10 times, but after that no problem. The shower is like a water fall and very relazing. Needed to call Michael who returned my call in 2 mintues to take care of an unusual problem - Thanks Michael. We forgot to ask for the internet password, but the beach was nice to visit & this apt. has 2 TVs. If using a credit card for a taxi, you should know the minimum charge is $30 no matter if your fare is actually $10 or $23, and this taxi driver reminds you to tip him cash. This is a really a perfect place, couldn't expect better. We had a very memoriable weekend. Hope we can return.

My husband and I stayed in the "Drive" for an overnight stay. It was nicely decorated and clean, but the bed was uncomfortable. It's a short walk to the boardwalk, shops and beach. Thank you Michael for the late check out. We always enjoy our visits to Rehoboth.

Owner response: I am glad you enjoyed your visit and stay with us. We were not aware of a problem with the bed and had not received a previous comment about it but I will personally give the bed a try tonight and check things out! Whatever action is necessary to make sure everything is 100% comfortable for our guests will be taken care of immediately. Thanks so much for taking the time to write and we hope you will come stay with us again in the future. Michael

As soon as I viewed this place on-line I had a good feeling about it and my intuition was right. Cozy, quaint and charming is how I would describe the Drive. It is right in the heart of Rehoboth within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the beach. While the front of the building faces a main street, the Drive is in the back which is quiet and private. I must say my favorite thing to do was sit outside on the deck having coffee or sipping wine and enjoying the sun...being on the second floor with the surrounding trees almost made it feel like we were in a tree house! So cool. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and our communication with the renter. We were there for 4 nights and loved every moment. Looking forward to staying there again and would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

We stayed in the "front" apartment and found it to be very charming, comfortable and super clean. The location was so convenient to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Rehoboth Beach is a beautiful destination and we had a very relaxing time. It was so nice to be able to go out for a few hours and take a short walk back to our accommodations to regroup for our next outing. Thanks!

We stayed in the front apt, which is a bit more spacious compared to the other two. It was prefect for two people, we walked to everywhere, and never needed the car. The kitchen area is small but prefect if you don't like to do much cooking, we recommend walking down the street to 'Hobo's Restaurant'. We did have a similar parking issue as the other review with the mulberry tree, but Michael was super kind and offered to have our car washed. I would recommend the rental, we have already discussed renting again for next year. The place is very perfect for a couple.

As a young honeymooning couple, we were looking for a low price and a high value. We got just that when we stayed in "The Front" for a week prior to the fourth of July weekend. The apartment was impeccably clean. All of the furnishings seemed new. It was in easy walking distance to the beach, the boardwalk, and many great bars and restaurants. Despite being in close proximity to all of these places, the trees that surrounded the building gave us a sense of privacy. We were concerned about the noise, based on a previous review; however, noise was not an issue at all. There is a bar across the street, but it was never boisterous or intrusive. The best part about this apartment though was the property manager. I was wary about renting a place through VRBO, but Michael was very professional and pleasant. He was very prompt with email and phone responses. Also, our car was parked under the same tree mentioned in another review, and Michael left us a hand written note apologizing and explaining that he would wash off our car before we left. Needless to say, we were quite pleased and impressed.

We stayed in the "Drive" which was cozy and comfortable. The location is ideal and right in the heart of all the activity and within walking distance to the beach. I plan to return and recommend this property.

We have stayed at a couple different places in Rehoboth and this was by far the best. It is small but cozy, perfect for two people. Bed was very comfortable, nicely decorated and loved sitting on the balcony. We will definately come back again. Only down side was parking was tight and under a tree, which left much bird mess on our car, but you can't control mother nature.

Owner response: Thanks for your kind words. Those olde Mulberry trees sure are something .... but it is probably important to help save a tree whenever we can. That's for renting with us.

We rented the front apartment for a week and it was perfect. Close to the beach, restaurants and shopping, the location is extremely convenient. Knowing that we could park our car in the lot and not have to worry about it while we were there was also a great relief. We have already recommended this place to our friends and family. We will definitely be staying here again when we return to Rehoboth, hopefully sooner rather than later.

My son and I stayed in the "Front" apartment in May. The apartment was as listed and pictured. It was small, but cozy. Very clean. It was a very short 2 blocks to the boardwalk and Rehoboth Ave with shops, food, and entertainment. I would definintely look into staying at this property again. The only downside is that it is across the street from a local nightclub with loud music and lots of people all night, so it wasn't particularly quiet at night. But, we turned on the air conditioning, and it blocked the noise out. I also appreciated that the owner was easy to work with.

Owner response: We are happy to hear that the suite met your expectations. And thank you for the notice concerning street noise. I will make sure other guests are more aware that there is some noise on Baltimore Avenue downtown. Thanks.
