Deluxe remodeled condominium on the ski hill at Donner Ski Ranch, and across the street from Sugar Bowl. Elevator (or stairway) provides an easy walk from this top floor, corner view unit, to the ski slope of Donner Ski Ranch Resort. Watch friends and family on the hill from your living room, kitchen or balcony, and take an easy lunch break. In summer and fall, enjoy nearby Donner Lake, the Pacific Crest trail and rock climbing at the summit. All major shopping and services are only 15 minutes away in Truckee, and Lake Tahoe is about a 30 minute drive.
This recently remodeled, top floor/corner condominium unit features vaulted ceilings and maximum views/privacy. The living room has a gas fireplace and a wall mounted flat panel TV with DVD player (and large movie library), plus a balcony (with gas BBQ) overlooking the ski resort . The sofa pulls out to a queen size bed.
The kitchen comes fully equipped and includes dishwasher, large refrigerator, double oven, microwave, trash compactor and stacking washer/dryer. A full bathroom (with tub) is located adjacent the main living area. The loft master bedroom has a queen bed, lots of storage cabinets for personal items, and a window with view of the ski hill and adjacent forest area.
The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed (2 twins). It features a private full bath, small refrigerator/microwave, flat panel TV with DVD. This bedroom has an interior door that connects it to the rest of the condominium, but also has a separate outside entrance that may be used as well.
The unit comfortably sleeps 6 (with maximum of 7 if sofa/sofabed is used in living room).
Private parking is included (plowed in winter).

Well appointed condo right on the slopes of Donner Ski Ranch with a great view from the fourth (top) floor. We took our two young kids (7 & 4) there for a long weekend. The staff at Donner were great, where our 4 year old daughter learned how to ski for the first time. The condo itself is well maintained and perfect for a family of 4 to 5. The owners are extremely easy to work with and responsive. Highly recommended.Recommended for: Families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

Lovely condo with plenty of room to relax. The view from the fourth floor is worth the little extra walk. We were pleasantly surprised to find a cozy place to cook, listen to music, watch movies and rest up. We arrived in the offseason, no snow. The hiking trails leading straight from the condo are well maintained and just challenging enough. The condo was in great shape and the owner easy and great to work with.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
