Deer Lake 1/4 mile from 3 lakes airport 40D. Prime Summer Months $1769/week (we accept credit cards). If you want quiet and privacy this is your place. We have no neighbors on three sides and one neighbor 50 yards away with a treeline in-between us. Our villa is a northwoods getaway, located on a beautiful chain of twenty eight lakes in and around Three Lakes, Wisconsin. A stand-alone private cottage on Deer Lake (our cottage sits 130 feet back from the shoreline), this cottage is part of the Northernaire Resort, offering all the comforts of home, plus more. This is your place to relax and play, to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The amenities of the Northernaire, which is a premier resort, are included in your stay which includes boat docks for access to the Three Lakes Chain of 19 Lakes, our own private firepit with wood provided, washer and dryer, pool, hot tub (indoor and outdoor), internet (WiFi in both the cottage and lodge), fitness room. Our villa is tucked away from the main complex and is very quiet and is close enough for walking to restaurants, pubs, and our local water ski show. Our yard is large to enjoy yard games or just to lounge privately. Park your boat or snowmobile trailers in the driveway. Take your snowmobiles off your trailer and ride from your front door!
Our cottage is 1/2 mile away from the Nicolet National forest and we are located on the snowmobile trail. The forest offers hunting, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and snowmobiling, as well as bicycling, hiking, birding, photography. Our two bedroom/two bath cottage sleeps 8 and provides: 1-bedroom with queen size bed; and the other huge bedroom has 2 queen beds (both with big closets and cable TV); and a living room with a new pull out queen sofa sleeper. All furniture, mattresses and linens are new.
Downtown Three Lakes provides the old-fashioned charm of a storefront community. Its main street is lit by antique looking lampposts and lined with unique gift shops, a winery with tours, theater, restaurants and other small businesses.
The Northernaire is a 5 year old luxury resort and spa. Our cottage is a short minute walk to the lodge, just far enough for quietness and privacy but close enough when necessary. The lodge offers wireless internet; gift shop, indoor hot tub and pool; outdoor hot tub; work out room; arcade room. Great golfing nearby and a ski show in the summer months that is within walking distance. Our cottage is tucked away from the main complex for quietness and privacy, and has an expansive yard for games or private lounging. Watch the stars and roast marshmellows at the outdoor firepit.
The Three Lakes community's greatest natural resource is the largest inland chain of lakes in the world, consisting of 28 interconnected lakes. Our cottage is on Deer Lake of the chain. The variety of lakes and channels within the chain provide sufficient space for fishing, water skiing, wake boarding and over 10,000 acres of boating as well as canoeing and kayaking. Enjoy!

Hi Jayne, Back to reality after a BEAUTIFUL week at your cottage last week! I just wanted to let you know we thoroughly enjoyed staying at your cottage. The kids loved riding their Barbie Jeep and Cozy Coupe around the yard and when they weren't doing that they were busy picking raspberries! You truly have the home stocked with EVERYTHING!! I am so accustomed to hauling baking pans, crock pots, kids plastic plates, etc. with me and you had it all :-) Having the washer and dryer was great too for all the wet beach towels. If I didn't have two little ones to chase after, I'd imagined myself enjoying breakfast on the front porch, lounging on the deck reading a book and walking the roads of the Northernaire property. We enjoyed our evening fires and making s'mores as well. Overall it was a great week, and it was great to have the extra room (indoors and out) that your cottage provided versus staying in a condo as we've done in the past. Thanks RonaRecommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Jayne and Steve, Thank you for allowing us to rent your cottage. We had such a great time. It took us a day to get our feet wet with the area, but it didn't take long. We loved the quaint Three Lakes area, Every night before the sun went down we heard loons on the lake which was a new sound to us. We especially loved the outdoor firepit, living in the city we don't experience an outdoor fire, we treasured the quiet family time. Also, the little fawns with their moms in your yard was a delight. We'll be back! Thank you!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

Steve, Thank you, your cottage was beautiful and the Chain O'Lakes was amazing. Your cottage was so peaceful and with a little walk to the main lodge we could enjoy the hot tub when we wanted to. We especially liked your firepit on the deck and used it every evening as it was a little cold at night. We'll be back next year!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

Year Purchased: 2010
About the owner: Our family loves to bike, water ski, snowmobile, hunt, fish and more... everything the area has to offer.
Why the Owner Chose Three Lakes:
The Northernaire is a beautiful resort. We feel very fortunate to be able to purchase a property at this resort. With access to the 28 lake chain, a private/quiet cottage with no neighbors, and the unique shopping in Three Lakes is the reason we bought our cottage.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa:
We love to pack a lunch and bike into the Nicolet forest or get on the ThreeEagle Bike Trail and pedal to Eagle River for lunch. Our favorite times are parking the boat on a sand bar and hanging out with family and friends. During snowmobile season we head out for the day right from our front door and end the night in the outdoor hot tub.
