  We could not have been happier with this property! The condo itself is perfectly spacious, tastefully decorated and has all of the high end updates you would expect. In addition to the great living space, the pool is one of the best in PV, and you definately can not beat the location. You are literally steps from some of the best restaurants and nightlife PV has to offer. AND you can watch the beautiful pacific sunset from the enormous outdor living space. I highly recommend this property - we have already booked a second trip! See you in PV!

  Tomorrow is the last day of our two week vacation and I hate to see it come to an end. This condo is perfect! Walk everywhere, great food, amazing view, excellent staff, we couldn't ask for more. Joseph and John are a dream to work with. We'll be back for sure!

  This place is A+ in every way. Not only is the location ideal but the accommodations are gorgeous and John and Joseph are so easy to work with. We were given clear details as to what to do from the minute we left the airport so no guessing. The staff at the complex is friendly and helpful. Our trip just couldn't have been better. Our group consisted of 4 adults from 30s to 60s. We had no problems finding activities that appealed to all of us. We all enjoyed the Vallarta Food Tour which met right across the street from the complex. It was three hours of easy walking with lots of stops to sample various foods from the area. It also gives you a bit of history of the foods and PV. We dined out every night going twice to Joe Jack's Fish Shack. There are so many restaurants within walking distance that it's hard to decide where you want to go but we all enjoyed the above and La Palapa. We will definitely be back.

  Just an incredible vacation in an absolutely dream location! I have been to PV 8 times and I decided to bring two other couples of friends on their first visit to PV. This was the first time I rented a condo in PV and WOW did we strike it BIG!!! We were 3 couples in 3000 sq.ft of the most beautifully decorated condo I have ever been and on top of it all ,here we were facing the Pacific ocean with all it's splendour!! We had to pinch oursevles several times a day to make sure we were alive an actually living these incredible moments. We had wonderful "gourmet cooks" in our group and we made supper 4 out of 7 nights...dinning on the beautiful patio ...the kitchen is amazingly well equipped if you are into doing your own cooking, gas range, huge BBQ,accessories etc..We actually had our best suppers at the condo! The personnel at the security, the housekeepers, the grounds crew etc were all so friendly and professional. Carlos , the property manager , greeted us on arrival and was so helpful ,kind and professional etc.. The pool is amazing if you are into swimming, plenty of room to do your excercise! The building is extremely clean and the grounds are very impressive, a real botonical garden! The location of this building is a very big plus. It is in the heart of the old city ,right on the waterfront of the best beach ,Playa Los Muertos...you can't beat this. If you want to experience the life of the "rich and famous" this is the place! We were 3 couples living very comfortably in this condo and when you share together in all the costs it makes for a very luxurious vacation at a very affordable price! Of course everyone has to pitch in with the chores etc..:)!! The master bedroom is out of sight! We had a lottery amongst us to see who would get to sleep in this room!! This really beats the "all inclusive hotels etc.."Thank you so much Joseph and John for giving us the opportunity to experience your beautiful home and hope that we may return in the future!   I saw the pictures before I got there, but when you walk in the door the and see how professionally decorated the condo is and the view from the terrace, it takes your breath away. Puerto Vallarta, has some of the best restaurants anywhere, but we didn't want to leave the condo. We ate every meal in except 4 for 8 days on the tereace, just trying to imagine living there. It was the most comfortable vacation I have ever had. I have stayed in Maui at the Four Seasons, but this condo truly must be the "best in the world'". In the past I stayed at the condos accrosss the street, 3 times because Molina was not there, and I hadn't been back for 7 years. Now that I have stayed at John and Josephs condo, I would never consider staying anywhere else. Everything about the condo, location, decorations, staff, security is superior. It kind of cramped my style since I always try to go to different countires, but now I can't wait to return to the condo. What an experience!!! I don't want to tell too many people about it, so it will be available for me. Must do the whale watching and dolphin swim. Cocos was great for breakfast, and John reccomended a restautant where the chef cooks a meal "just for you." All I can say is OUTSTANDING! Can't wait to return.

  We stayed at La Iguana del Molino for 2 weeks during the Christmas holidays and it was wonderful. The pictures are accurate but it's so much more than what can be put in pictures or writing, it was home away from home! John and Joseph were great to deal with and have all the information you could need in a binder. The property manager, and all the staff were very friendly. The location was perfect, we walked to everything from beach clubs, shopping, and restaurants. Every day we seemed to try a new beach club and found we liked the "Sea Monkey", which was right out the door, it had cheap drinks and great food. There were so many restaurants to choose from but some of the ones we loved were Pipi's, Jacks Fish Shack, Margaritaville, and Dacquiri Dicks are only a few. Every morning in front of Sea Monkeys there is a vendor that sells fresh pastries, they are so good! The bbq was perfect for dinners on the patio, especially New Years Eve, we did a steak dinner and then watched the amazing fireworks from the patio that lasted for over half an hour. We went to the Puerto Vallarta Zoo and would recommend this trip! We fed a giraffe carrots from our lips, we had monkeys on our shoulders, and even got to hold a four week old lion cub. We had Jose, a vendor on the beach, to arrange a private van to take us to the zoo which was great as we had a guided tour of the town and learned many interesting facts about P.V. before heading to the zoo. The pool is very large and has a swim up bar and was never busy. We didn't use the pool much as the sun doesn't really hit it until later in the day but was great for a quick dip before heading up to the condo. We had an amazing time and only wish we were still there!

  Planned a vacation for my family and a friend to celebrate two graduations and a birthday and wanted all the conveniences of home within steps of the beach and pool. Molino de Agua - La Iguana was all we wanted and more. Easy cab ride from airport and the location was walking distance to everything and on premises personnel to assist. First night sunset from our patio/balcony - taco cart dinners, parasailing, and poolside everyday. Thank you for this wonderful experience in your lovely PV home. We will come again I am sure.

  Stop looking anywhere else!!! I have been to Mexico numerous times and have always enjoyed my stay....however nothing like this! I went down with my Mother and her friend and we stayed for one week. From the moment I booked and spoke with John and Joseph on the phone, I knew we were in good hands....and wow...were we ever taken care of!! So much so, that I won't be staying anywhere else in Mexico!!! The condo was perfect! From the ocean breeze blowing flower pedals through the condo, to the people watching along the Malecon, to the kitchen and BBQ, the amazing patio (which we spent half our time on), to the location (PERFECT), to the staff, to the comfortable beds, the limited people at the pool, the beautiful gardening, the recommendations of glorious restaurants, this place is fantastic....seriously....no need to look anywhere else. Oh yeah...and to make it even better, once you walk out the parking lot (in the back) there is a fantastic spa ($50 for 90 minutes massage), what a deal! The place is called Venus Sunshine Massage. Anyhow, good luck on your search! I hope you seriously consider John and Joseph's second home as much as we did. Thanks guys for all the wonderful memories! Hope to meet you one day!

Thank you for mentioning the ocean breeze blowing around the generous flower pedals of the bougainvillea bushes on the terraces and throughout the unit. It reminded me how every morning when you get out of bed, it’s like a carpet of red and pink flowers that have magically energized the bedroom and throughout the unit. This is truly a tropical paradise like no other. The good folks that staff the place are just fantastic. The gardeners are always busy making the place amazing. You folks were so nice to deal with. Something tells me that we will have an opportunity to meet in the future.   The condo was the most inviting and accommodating place that I have ever stayed in.. The three bedroom",, three bath, were perfect for our needs. The artwork decor was so tastefully done and enhanced the feeliing of sheer comfort. The infinity pool was my home for the complete stay as the water level was constant and the temperature perfect. The location of the condo was central to everything one needed, no taxi to get around as everything was in walking distance.. I was impressed with the security who were cheerful and very attentive. As for having maid service twice a week,,,,what more could you ask for.? I will be telling all my fellow travelers who go to PV that this is the place to stay. So Thankyou Joseph and John for letting us experience your wonderful home away from home. I cannot think of any other place I would want o stay when I return next year....shame on you....now I am so spoiled I won.t settle for second best. Your three Mexican Canadiians.

  Dear Joseph and John, My husband and I were extremely happy to find your place to be a perfect refuge for a much needed rest and relaxation. We have been lucky enough to travel throughout Mexico, e.g., Cabo San Lucas, Manzanillo, Acapulco including The Yucatan Peninsula. This was our first visit to Puerto Vallarta, and we have to say that the location of your home in Puerto Vallarta is the most desirable of all. The view of the ocean and bay from your terrace are spectacular. No need for a television at this place, we had our own entertainment everyday from watching surfers ride the waves to observing cruise ships come and go into port all from the perch of your terraces. Every evening there were fire works! The condo is meticulously tailored for comfort. The furnishings are top drawer; everything from the bedding to the lighting is perfect. We felt like we were right at home. The grounds of the complex are gorgeous and extremely well kept with a vast variety of tropical plants and panoramic views of the mountains and ocean. The staff and the security were very helpful and after a couple of days they new us by name. We can’t wait to return! We are already talking with another couple to come with us next year.
