This beautifully appointed ocean facing villa has just been updated with tile throughout the entire villa. Located in the closest building to the ocean with its own pool, it comes with everything you could possibly need to make sure your vacation is enjoyable and memorable. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 adults. Come enjoy the beautiful ocean, lagoon and golf course views out your back door and have a cup of coffee during sunrise as the birds come into the lagoons and marshes. Our unit is centrally located to all resort ameneties, steps from the indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, boardwalk and shuttle pickup to the beach.

Living & Dining Room:
The living rooms contains a queen sleeper sofa, oversized loveseat, media cabinet with 37’ flat screen TV, tuner/radio and DVD player. The dining room contains a large dining table with removable leaf to comfortably seat up to 6 guests. Off the back of the living room is our patio that overlooks the ocean, multiple lagoons with fountains and a golf course. The patio includes chairs and a table. FREE WIFI
Kitchen:
The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay, including refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, all cookware, utensils, coffeemaker, blender, toaster, and microwave. Don’t want to cook, order from the island grill and deli right out your door or enjoy a meal overlooking the beach at Coco’s.
Master Bedroom:
The master bedroom faces the ocean side and has a queen size bed with pillowtop mattress, armoire with 27’ flat screen tv, dvd player, ceiling fan, plenty of closet space and private bath with vanity, tub and shower.
Guest Room:
The guest room includes 3 separate beds with a twin over full bunk bed and trundle bed. A large dresser and mirror, TV, DVD player and plenty of closet space. Outside the guest room is the 2nd full bathroom.
Resort:
Hilton Head Resort provides a resort and personal residence experience at a value found nowhere else on Hilton Head Island. Our gated resort contains two outdoor pools, one heated indoor pool with hot tub, sauna and kiddie pool. There are six lighted tennis courts, a new indoor jogging track and a gym with new exercise equipment. All resort ameneties are included free with your stay. Bike rentals can be delivered to your villa or bring your own and lock them up to our bike racks located throughout the resort. Free wireless is available at the indoor pool and in the villa.
Take a short walk, or shorter ride via the beach shuttle, across our private boardwalk to our secluded part of the beach. The scenic walk over the saltwater marsh provides an up close experience to the wildlife which includes egrets, herons and crabs. Throughout the boardwalk you will find educational signs and places to sit and enjoy the serenity that is all around. At the beach there is a private cabana that serves food and drinks, a beach volleyball court and of course miles of beautiful beaches for you to enjoy.
Other resort features include a tanning deck, badmitton, 24 hour security, onsite laundry facilities in each building and elevators in all buildings.

Included with our rental is a variety of items that will provide enjoyment during your stay, such as a beach cart, beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, umbrella, pro kadima and other balls and play toys.

This condo and resort is exactly as pictured. We went on a spring break trip w/2 other familes for our daughters Senior year trip. It was very quiet and relaxing! The resort itself is very clean and well maintained. The condo had all the ammenities. We had a GREAT time and would come back again. Thanks for the Awesome Condo!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We stayed at one of the most perfect times of the year (in my opinion). The condo was wonderful, and the facilities well maintained. It was cozy, cheery and perfect for our family of 4 plus grandma. The resort was not crowded, their was tons to do for both my kids (a toddler and a 7 year old). The price was VERY reasonable for all we had available w/o ever leaving the resort. It was nice to have so many things available in the condo (beach cart, beach chairs, toys, boogie board, etc...) that I didn't have to worry about packing. We also loved cooking a great deal in the full kitchen. Really saved us a bundle on eatting out costs, and we had more money to use on the island and have fun as a family! There were even amazing bonuses at the resort that weren't expected (we saw dolphin pods on several mornings playing in the water as we took an early stroll on the beach, and my kiddos LOVED the alligator that would visit the pond about every other day!) The walk over the marshes to the beach was beautiful, full of wildlife and fun for the kids to visually explore.) The weather was amazing the whole week, and the entire family agreed it was one of our all-time best vacations! We hope to return in the next year or two... Only things I'd mention are - we thought there was a grill available at the condo (not just the resort picnic area). The only grill we found was a small Forman grill in the kitchen (nothing out on the deck). Worked fine for our small family, though! Also, the table for six is large and makes little to no room for the two counter stools. I see no way 8 people could all sit down in that area w/o being VERY squished! Again, we only had 5 so it wasn't an issue for us, but it might be if someone had a larger family! Thanks for sharing your place w/ us! It was a perfectly relaxing vacation full of fun memories we'll treasure for years!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had an excellent time! The Hilton Head Resort is fantastic and we had the best time! Before vacation I was worried about my elderly father getting back and forth on the boardwalk, but the shuttle service was fantastic and so easy! They are not five star accomodations, but you are not paying for five star! One major think I will say is if you want a place where you can contact the owners immediately, this is the place! The one minor issue I had was answered and rectified within minutes! Thank you - we will be back!! though the condo appeared small at first glance, it was a very good use of the square footage....and nothing was cramped....the unit was clean and anything we needed was close by....there was no prime television stations but there were enough channel choices with HD to make up for it....you get a lot here for the buck and we would stay again...Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was very convenient to the beach which was private and so laid back. Perfect for families! The condo was also located a short drive from any restaurant or activity. We went on a dolphin cruise, toured a lighthouse, and went to a really nice village all less than 15 minutes away. The owner was very helpful and responded to all of my questions immediately. My family definitely plans on returning next year.Recommended for: Families with young children.

We had a wonderful week in this family-friendly, Hilton Head condo. The condo is located in a great location within the resort. Some of the units look out at the parking lot or courtyards, but this unit has beautiful views of the lagoons and peeks of the ocean. Our kids loved watching the gator and turtles in the lagoon just below. This unit also has easy access to the large outdoor pool, the elevator, parking, and boardwalk to the ocean. We were even impressed with the poolside market that has reasonable prices and easy access to food or things you may forget. The indoor pool is also nice for the evenings. The condo isn't "luxury", but it takes on the feel of a casual beachhouse. The price is very fair for what you get, and the owners kept in great communication leading up to the stay. We spent a lot of time researching the various units for lease in the resort, and we don't feel we could have made a better choice for our stay.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this condo at HH Resort. It is easily accessible to elevator, stairs, and boardwalk to ocean. Everything is very clean, and the condo is loaded with just about anything you would need. The indoor pool/track/sauna is just a short walk away,in the next attached building. Because my stay was during winter months, the entire resort was relatively quiet. Security remains available 24hrs a day. I plan to revisit again, hopefully in the summer months. The outdoor pool is centrally located in this building, too. The owners are all too happy to make your visit a "home away from home". They are very helpful making sure your visit is one to remember. Great place to stay.
