Prime location very near West Bell Road and Loop 101 provides easy access to shopping, movie theaters, restaurants, Cactus League Baseball (Spring Training), live theater, and more - all within 5 to 10 minutes. Professional sports (Westgate) including football and hockey, as well as other major events only 10 to 15 minutes away.
Quiet cul-de-sac is perfect for quiet relaxation, or entertaining friends and family. Available on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Three night minimum stay, rates from $125 per night; $695 per week. $125 Cleaning Fee will also be charged for all stays of up to 2 weeks, will be higher for longer stays. At least one tenant must be over 55 years of age. Pet Friendly - bring your best friend(s)! Please note: WE DO NOT OFFER MONTHLY RATES IN FEBRUARY AND MARCH.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks in this home. We felt right at home the moment we entered the house. It was spotlessly clean, newly updated with updated furnishings. We really appreciated the availability of the pantry with condiments and spices for our use. There were also more in the refrigerator we enjoyed sitting on the back patio watching the rabbits, quail, and resident hummingbird who visited often. We would recommend this house to anyone. We enjoyed the layout of the house so much that we purchased a similar one. The WiFi was great. the location in very central and we found it easy to get around the area. Thank you for two great weeks.Recommended for: Age 55+.
Owner response: There are many floor plans available in Sun City, but this one really is one of the best. It is an open and flowing plan, and it makes very good use of the sleeping and living areas to make it feel spacious. Although we are happy you found a great place of your own Barb, we are sorry you will not be staying with us in the future - thanks so much to you and Guy for your kind words!

This lovely, convenient, comfortable home was just as advertised. Now let's add the pluses: great reading in the living room books, tasteful decorating, gracious availability of condiments and spices etc., plenty of glassware and dinnerware, spacious backyard where you can eat out, grill or watch the grouse, rabbits and jack rabbits and an occasional coyote (all of the wildlife just one block off a main artery!). On top of that, there were friendly neighbors who welcomed us as if we had moved in forever. Being right off Bell Ave., it was easy to get around, but also amazingly quiet with a country feeling.Owner response: We are proud of this property and have endeavored to deliver a great living experience. After a while, you will really appreciate the location and how it allows you to spend more time relaxing in the property, and less time getting around. Thanks for this awesome feedback Sheila!
