Once you bring your family to Summer Hill at Wapato Point it will become a yearly tradition! Enjoy all of the amenities Wapato Point has to offer from this brand new 5 bedroom lake and mountain view home. The home is situated on Upper Point Drive affording the most amazing unobstructed 360 degree lake and mountain views. The house has a prime location steps from the shared outdoor pool, and a large grassy field perfect for a game of kickball or frisbee. Relax in our private hot tub after a day at Slidewaters.
The house is tastefully decorated in a Coastal Living/Pottery Barn casual & elegant style. All of the rooms are thoughtfully furnished to provide you and your guests with the most relaxing stay.
Wapato Point is the perfect family vacation destination. You can enjoy a day at Slidewaters, jet skiing, parasailing or winetasting at the diverse local wineries. The options at Wapato Point include: putt-putt golf, paddle boat races, kayaking, canoeing. There are daily planned events at the Kiosk for school aged children, a trout pond, or tennis lessons. Swimmming & boating at the sandy beaches which line both sides of the point. Wapato Point also offer free boat moorage for their guests.
The main floor features: a lovely outdoor table and entertainment & bbq area, a lake view great room, kitchen & dining room, comfortably seating 10-12, a view master bedroom suite (king bed), a second king bedroom, and a full bathroom. There is also a laundry/mudroom.
The lower level features: a king master bedroom suite, a 4th bedroom with 2 twin beds, a 5th bedroom with bunkbeds to sleep 4 children, and a full bathroom. There is a large rec room/tv area, great for the kids, and a 2nd laundry room. Our private hot tub is on the lower patio...

We've stayed at Summer Hill several times now and are never disappointed. The home is even more beautiful than it looks in the pictures; it's new, spacious, lavishly furnished and impeccably clean. We can't wait to visit again! The owners are wonderful to work with and I would recommend Summer Hill without hesitation!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

This is one of the nicest houses I've ever rented (i've rented 20-30 houses in the past 20 years in california, oregon, and washington). The deck, well positioned to get the morning sun, has magnificent views of the lake. It is also sheltered from the afternoon sun, and the afternoon winds. Plenty of sleeping and bathing space.
