Privately owned, newly renovated and tastefully decorated 5 star townhouse, just steps from the world famous Harbour Town Golf Links – Home of the “Heritage of Golf” PGA tournament held each April. Walk out of the front door to great restaurants, shopping and the landmark Harbour Town Lighthouse and marina. Outdoor activities such as golf, tennis, boating, biking, swimming, sailing and exercising are just steps away. The Sea Pines Trolley stop, which transports you to numerous Sea Pines destinations and beaches, is also within 75 yards of your front door.
This spacious 2BR/2.5 bath, two story Schooner Court townhouse has been totally renovated. Floors and bathrooms are tiled with travertine from floor to ceiling. All mirrors are beveled with 2” boarders. Carpentry includes crown molding throughout. Doors are hard wood. This unit is on Caliboque Sound. The view from the living room and bedroom are spectaular. It is nicely updated with a newer kitchen, tile floors downstairs, and updated bathrooms. The shower in the one bath is a walk in tiled shower. It is across the street from the Harbourtown lighthouse with the marina and shops. The owner lives on the island and is very helpful. The furniture is very comfortable. Large screen HDTV in the livingroom and wireless internet is provided.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.
