This condo was located in a great area, easy access to pool and beach. The condo is nicer in person than it appears in the photos! Very comfortable and has all the extras you need. The only thing I would change is the number of bath towels and washcloths in each bathroom - could have used more of both. It was very nice to have a raft for the pool and a couple of beach chairs already there (one was broken/torn), but we brought our own anyway. They also have an umbrella there (again, we brought our own). Condo has a DVD player which was very nice for those rainy days. Felt very safe and would definitely recommend to friends. Rental was handled with our convenience in mind. Thank you, Chris!

This condo is a great location, quiet at end of top floor, right across street from the beach, right next to the pool, well kept, well stocked! Owner is responsive and easy to work with. A great condo that's reasonably priced.

We were at this unit the week of July 4th! We had an absolutely wonderful experience. This condo is beautiful and a bargin for the location. It is right at the pool, and literally 3 minutes walk to the sand! We also like being on the top floor. The whole place is very nice and quiet. We hope to be able to come back to the same place next year! We will definetly be repeat customer! Thanks to Chris for being a fantastic host! DP:)

Our family spent a week at this condo and had a great experience. Upon arrival, we found the condo to be very clean and spacious. The condo is located right next to the swimming pool and within minutes (walking) to the private beach. We also ate at Pompano Joe's across the street as recommended by the owner, very good!!! This was our first trip to the beach and overall was a great experience!
