First Floor Newly Renovated Condo by Beach and Private Pool

  The pictures says it all, this unit was a gem, a true home away from home, nice and big for the four of us, the pool, 30 steps away from your screened in patio, the unit was nice and clean, my wife truly loved the oversized jetted tub in the master bedroom, we stayed at Kingston Plantation in the past, but we loved the convenience of this villa, ground floor, parking right outside the unit, the pool right out the back door was fantastic, nice and quiet, the main pool was for our teenage daughter and her friend, it was nice, but to crowded for me, not to far from the beach altough I drove my car to it everyday, (lazy). you will not be disappointed with this unit, I found my vacation condo in Myrtle Beach, To the owners, Very nice Condo, I'm glad I found you..

  We recently stayed at this lovely condo for a dance competition which was held nearby. The condo was in beautiful condition, very comfortable and clean. The private pool is mere steps away from the screened in porch and was perfect for the kids. We spent most evenings at the pool, it was a great way to unwind from the day. The beach is a bit of a walk, but well worth it! The kids really enjoyed the nearby pier which is always busy, fun bands there in the evening! I would recommend this rental to anyone, Karen was very pleasant and easy to deal with, the check in was a breeze!

  A nice, newly renovated villa. All the conveniences of home. Enjoyed the screened-in porch with a private pool view...friendly neighbors! A short walk to the beach...lovely landscaping. If you forget something, it's only a short drive to nearby stores. There's so much to see and do. Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach are great places to visit. The owner's communication was excellent!

  Karen's unit is in Windsor court which is built around a pool for use of Windsor Ct and one other complex (so it's not crowded). Be sure to verify if the pool will be open. The unit is on the ground floor so our kids were in and out all day and we could watch them-perfect. The unit is in good shape. The kitchen is nice and bedrooms are decent. The living room furniture needs to be replaced but don't get the wrong idea. . .it's not terrible-just dated. The TV's are newer but small. Kingston is wonderful. You have a choice of great hotel pools (none heated), it has a community feel, and is manicured. If you want to be right on the beach this may not sound like your deal but we loved it even though we were hesitant at first. Karen, the owner, is easy to deal with and straight forward. Have fun!   We absolutely loved the condo and the location. It is newly remodeled and minutes from everything. There is a pool just steps away from the screened-in porch. The beach and more pools are located just a short walk away from the condo. We also enjoyed a tennis lesson from the resort's pro. He gave me some excellent pointers! I highly recommend this condo! We can't wait to go back! The owners are extremely nice and were very helpful to us.

  Kingston plantation is awesome. This unit is updated and super nice. Health club and tennis were a big plus.
