Fairway Lane is a great location in Sea Pines. It is close to the Ocean Gate, Harbor Town and South Beach (Salty Dog). You are less than a 3 minute walk to the beach. The bike path is steps from the door. Tennis is available on site. This end unit villa is in a section of Fairway Lane that only contains four units, making it more private. Weekly rentals especially during the summer are Saturday to Saturday. For off-season weekly days, please inquire.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and adjacent bathroom with a walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has two double beds with a full bathroom, bathtub and shower. The Carolina room is accessible from the master bedroom and large living room / dining room. It is full length glass with a queen sleeper sofa and TV. Enjoy an up-close lagoon view with assorted wildlife. Watch the golfers improve their lie on the third hole of the The Atlantic Dunes Golf course by Davis Love III or practice on the private putting green.

The backyard is a private area which includes a furnished patio overlooking a Lagoon and the Atlantic Dunes by Davis Love III . The kitchen is full service for indoor cooking. Other appliances include a washer and dryer. The family room, both bedrooms and the Carolina room all have TV with all available movie channels. Fabulous in every way

This property is absolutely perfect in every way. It is even better than the pictures depict. Sits right across from #3 green of Plantation Golf Club. Super easy to get to and very quiet. Large family room and sun room, very comfy couches, well stocked kitchen, fab large TVs for late night movie watching, 5 min walk to the (non crowded) beach, 10 min bike ride to Harbor Town, 15 min bike ride to Salty Dog. We had nothing short of a fantastic time. Thank You!

Nice place. Across from the Beach. Really nice views of the golf course from sun room. Very open floor plan. Host was great to work with!

This property is great! The location is perfect! There was so much room and the views were great. Everything we needed was provided! It was a short walk to the beach. The bike paths were great! We enjoyed ourselves and hated to leave!!
