Plum Island home with your own private beach! Watch children build sand castles in the sand. The house offers panoramic views of beautiful sunsets and the city lights of Newburyport from the deck and sunroom. This location is great for boating, fishing, kayaking, swimming and sunning. The ocean side of the island is a four minute walk away.
The beach house has a floor to ceiling windows in the sunroom, full kitchen, dining area and living room. There are two bedrooms and one bath downstairs, and the master suite and sitting area upstairs. Decks are located both on the side of the house and upstairs. Interior is comfortably furnished with in “cottage” style appointments. This is a home, not a cottage.
The beach house is a great place to relax and enjoy the beauty and wildlife of the island. This is where memories will be made and cherished.

Your home is comfortable, and a wonderful space right on the water. It was a pleasure to live, for a few days, in such a comfortable waterfront home. Each day brought different weather condistions, views and changes in the natural environment and our experience. Your sunroom offered a great panoramic perception of the changing tides in the basin, as well as a perch for continued bird watching.
