  The Tropical Beach Vacation Home lived up to its billing. We have stayed a few other house within the same subdivision, but none are better than this one. Given its location within the subdivision (close to the entryway and to the beautiful community pool), its floor plan, its own pool, and the helpfulness of the owner, we highly recommend renting this house (except when we want to again!). Playa Bejuca is not a tourist beach, so if you are wanting seclusion, this would be ideal. Jaco is the tourist beach town and it is only a 20 minute drive, where you can get all the restaurants, groceries, tourist attractions, golf, fishing, and night life that you may desire. Then come back to Playa Bejuca to rejuvinate the body and soul. Maunel Antonio National Park (Costa Rica's most popular national park) is about a 30 minute drive to the south. The house is well apportioned. The only thing I can recommend to the owner would be to install more outdoor lighting around the pool area.

  This home was perfect for our vcation. There were 6 adults staying there last week & we loved the home! Beautiful, clean, comfortable, with a great pool to relax in after a day of sightseeing. We watched the iguanas every morning & hummingbirds were visiting the flowers in the yard. Grocery store was right outside the gates. It is close to the beach. Lots of places to eat nearby. We felt very safe in this quiet gated community that is not far from Jaco, Quepos & Mario Antonio National Park. I would definately go back to this home in the future. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

  One of the most enjoyable vacations I have ever taken ! The house is gorgeous and has everything you might need and then some ! The pictures do not do it justice and you will not be disappointed. The location is perfect and is centrally located between Jaco and Quepos so its a short ride to either. There are two very close restaurants , one you could even walk to ( Hotel Playa Bejuco) , where you will find excellent food. Many, Many options for adventure are within an hour. We cannot wait to go back and would definitely recommend this home for anyone traveling to Costa Rica. The owners were extremely helpful with recommendations and advice as this was our first trip to Costa Rica. All of our questions and emails were answered promptly.

  We enjoyed 4 wonderful weeks at this beautiful house. Everyday we'd walk the beach and then enjoy the backyard swimming pool. The house and pool are every bit as nice as the pictures. Bejuco Hotel was a convenient place to have a meal or two. We discovered that the hotels in Esterillos Este have great restaurants and a perfect place to have a drink and enjoy the sunset. Jaco has some great restaurants and gift shops. Our best tour was the Waterfall tour. Whether you want to be on the go or just enjoy the sunshine and shade by the pool, this was the best. Costa Del Sol is a wonderful, safe community. I highly recommend it!

  We had a really great time in Costa Rica and the house was perfect. The property was well maintained and the house was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The reservation and checkout process was easy and everything with the rental went as expected. The house was just the right distance outside the busy city of Jaco and provided access to everyting Jaco had to offer along with a nice quiet place to relax at the end of the day. Heidi, the owner, connected us with a local driver (Fernan) who was absolutly wonderful and facilitated both airport transportation and an awsome day trip to Arenal. Tim

  I usually don't write reviews, however, my stay in Costa Rica at this rental was extremely beneficial. The house has a very comfortable 'feel' to it, yet has the looks of a classy house. It has all the amenities you could ask for. Internet, TV, washer/dryer, full kitchen with dishwasher, multiple bathrooms fully stocked. The best thing that I liked was the pool, as waking up in the morning to 80 degree plus temperatures was not an issue knowing I could jump right in at any time. What I noticed was the way the house was situated, it is U shaped and the pool is in the middle facing the back, therefore you have all the privacy needed for any/all fun you want to have. If you rent a car, the garage makes it more secure, not that you need it due to the gated community the house s in. The neighbor's are friendly, and if you care to visit the community pool/grill you feel welcomed. I went with another couple and at no time did I feel crowded. On a last note, I also enjoyed going for a walk to the beach which takes only 5 minutes, and if you don't want to cook, you can stop at one of the hotel restaurants on the way to the beach.
