This beautiful one bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condominium is perfectly positioned on the Gulf of Mexico. Floor to ceiling windows and large glass sliding doors in both the bedroom and living room provide access to the large balcony as well as unparalleled views of the beach. Enjoy stunning views of the sunset and the stars from your seventh-floor vista. With fully appointed kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with two new sofas, this unit has space for entertaining and relaxing. The private bedroom boasts a king-size bed, walk-in closet and on-suite bathroom, and a second television with DVD player. We have made many recent updates to the furniture and bedding in the condo, and there is wifi in the unit.
This condo is located in the Tradewinds, one of the most immaculate beachfront buildings on the island. Amenities include a large heated pool, a barbeque grill, outdoor entertaining space, free Wifi access in the common room, a library, and washers and dryers on each floor. Each unit has a covered parking space as well as access to ample guest parking. Drive a few minutes to dozens of excellent restaurants and shops or walk down the beach to enjoy water sports offered at the local hotels.
