  Absolutely wonderful cozy restful place to stay in Nederland even in January with snow, wind and cold. Location was perfect for walking to town and along creek. The house was exceptionally well appointed, clean, and stocked with everything we needed for a 2 week stay. We will definitely recommend this lovely place to our friends and family.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

  My husband & I spent 5 days in Nederland in late August. Enjoyed our stay in this nicely decorated and conveniently located home on the edge of town. The town is within easy walking distance as well as several trails. There are many spectacular hiking areas within a short drive. A day trip to Boulder is only a 30 to 40 min drive. We had all the amenities represented on the website and more. The home is cozy & spacious at the same time. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces- decks & hot tub. Prior to booking, I was able to speak to the owner. She was open to questions and very helpful in providing answers. I'm particular about cleanliness and I was very satisfied with this as well. The owners provided a basket with publications on a variety of activities in the area -from dining to hiking. Chocolate macaroons from New Moon Bakery were addictive. Mostly cooked our own meals. The local grocery has a nice variety of foods and organic choices. Overall a great experience. We hope to stay here again.

  We stayed in this house for 11 days with our 4 kids and it fit just right. The house was clean and full of amenities. It has a safely enclosed backyard that the kids really enjoyed. Nederland is an adorable place and those of its people we interacted with were extremely friendly, including the house owner. We went to downtown Boulder afterwards, and it was a big downer for us. We wish we had booked the entire vacation in Nederland and in this house.

  My wife and I booked this house for our 5 day stay in Nederland. We used the house as a hub to go mountain biking, hiking, running, and day trips into Boulder. We loved the house from the minute we walked in until the last moment we walked out. The house was exceptionally clean and updated. We slept better in the master bedroom in this VRBO house than our own at home! It was just the two of us so the house was very spacious. The owner of this house was excellent to work with and she made our stay personal by including maps for the activities we mentioned. We loved the many meals we ate on the deck, enjoying the sun and hummingbirds flying by. Long days of biking and shopping were ended with a long soak in the hot tub. All the photos of this house are accurate and there are many other features of the house not shown here. We considered staying in Boulder since many of our activites were near there, but having stayed in Nederland we would not do it any other way! We also needed to do lots of reading and writing during our stay and the house was perfect for us. Quiet neighbors and beautiful views really helped. There was a bit of highway noise but nothing that was distracting. You will love all the design features inside the house including stained glass, bright colors, and that funky bathroom sink! The double shower was spacious and I dream of someday owning a house with a stairway like the one in the photo. The only thing I would add to this house would be a DVD player, but we didn't really have a bunch of time to sit around. Stay at this house; you'll love it! We would love to come back again.

  Four adults were very comfortable staying in this great Nederland home. Used as a home base to explore the surrounding areas, this home was a joy to come back to. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the double shower in the upstairs bath. I also liked the close proximity to downtown Ned. The only thing lacking was a CD or DVD player. We would definitely consider renting this house again when visiting Boulder or Nederland in the future.

  I highly recommend this gorgeous home. The interior was fabulous and modern . There was plenty of space inside and out. The yard was big and fenced in and the hot tub was clean and wonderful. The home owner was a delight to correspond with and very helpful. I'm definitely going to stay here again!
