This 800 sq ft , well equipped new apartment is located in a quiet residential area and it's walking distance to the famous Puerto Banus beach ,clubs and harbour.

The community includes tennis court and two swimming pools with a huge garden and beautiful landscape.
There's free parking available at the condo site.
It has easy access to local supermarkets, restaurants, golf courses,highway, shopping malls, as well as a fun nightlife. You will love all the activities that can be enjoyed on the beach.There are 23 golf courses within 30 minutes of the property. Including Soto Grande, Valderrama and La Cala.
Don't forget to enjoy Old Town Marbella with luxurious shops, restaurants and tapas bars.

Great place, My husband and I had never been to Marbella, we had a lovely time in this apartment.The condo is very quiet and everything is near by, the beach is walking distance.It was the best option for us since all accomodations are so expensive in Marbella.
