Property located within the resort like community of Estrella Ranch. Close to the Goodyear ballpark where the Reds and Indians have Spring Training. Very near to Nascar racing, two beautiful neighborhood lakes and walking trails. Within 30 min to Phoenix International Airport, Downtown Phoenix 30 min, The Cardinal Football Arena is about 25 min.
The property is an entertainers dream with everything that would make your trip very memorable! Stocked to entertain for the holidays or just having a family barbacue! A great family retreat!
Arrival and Departure:
Day of arrival check in 3 pm.
Check out is at 11pm.
Info to gain access to home will be forwarded when all money and all necessary paperwork is filled out and confirmed and within three days of arrival.
Upon departure please take all trash and put in trash containers on side of home in containers and leave laundry in laundry room.
Renting to adult 26 and over. Photo Identification (drivers license) and vehicle plates will be required with paperwork
Home is in a gated neighborhood and monitored often.

Pros - This is a nice house with high end features: outdoor kitchen, outdoor tvs, flat screens everywhere, pinball, ping-pong, pool table, plenty to do for kids, etc. Great kitchen/appliances. Nice location on golf course. Well-kept, clean. Playground nearby. Good rate. Cons - Solar-powered heating for pool never worked well. Pool temp never exceeded 76 deg despite our best efforts, phone calls, etc. This was disappointing because it made the beautiful pool pretty unusable.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Due to the abnormality of the weather surrounding your stay, the solar heater can only do so much. I am so sorry that your experience with the pool was not to your liking. I recently rented this property and it exceeded my expectations. The pictures don't do it justice! It is a beautiful property with great amenities and plenty of space. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to returning next time I am in the Phoenix area.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.
