This is a gorgeous, brand new, quiet condominium located in the most convenient part of town. It is walking distance to Morey's Pier and the heart of the Wildwood Boardwalk, but set back by the peaceful bay. Our pool and people watching front balcony keeps it fun to hang out here if you're not in the mood for the beach.
RIDES - GAMES - WATER PARK
The convention center is on our street and has free family events all summer long. If you haven't been to Morey's Amusement Pier and Splash Zones then we can't wait to show you what you've been missing. Morey's is just 3 blocks from the convention center and has some of the best rides, water parks and games in NJ.
SHOPPING - EATING - NIGHTLIFE
You can walk to some of the best restaurants and pubs in town right from our front door. The best part is the convenience of a 10 minute drive to the best shopping in Cape May and Avalon! There is a great bay side restaurant and pub at the end of our street where you can watch the summer sunset and walk home for a dip in the pool.
PARKING - BIKING - SURFING
Our 2 car garage and plenty of free on street parking will keep you worry free until it's time to leave. You can ride your bikes on the boardwalk and there are some surf shops nearby that will rent out surfboards.

Just stayed here in March for my daughters cheer competition at the convention center. You can see the convention center down the road about a half mile or so maybe more. The owners are a pleasure to deal with and they are very easy going. Their vacation rental is immaculate and all the appliances are up to date. Nice distressed furniture for a very comfortable casual decorator beachy feel. We where very "at home" here and slept really well. Also more private then I expected as the units are well seperated... We Will definately stay again and highly recommend it...Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

My family had a great time. The condo was well kept. It was easily accessible to restaurants, convention center, and boardwalk. It was very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this unit and if we are back in Wildwood we would definitely stay there again. Jess was great to work with!!!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Le condo est confortable pour 2 familles (4 adultes et 4 enfants), lumineux et agréablement pourvu d'une piscine. / The condo is comfortable for to families (4 adults, 4 children), bright and nicely equipped with a swimming pool. L'équipement de base y est fourni. / The basic equipment is provided. Un peu loin de la plage, mais le déplacement se fait facilement avec un chariot. / A bit far from the beach, but the movement is made easily with a beachcart or a wheelbarrow. Nos enfants ont adoré leur semaine à la mer! / Our kids loved their week at sea!Recommended for: Families with young children.

We just came back from Wildwood. We loved this condo. We walked 15 min to get to the boardwalk, it was easy to get to the Garden State Parkway to go to Cape May and Atlantic City . We enjoyed the pool a lot. I recommend this condo.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Why the Owner Chose Wildwood:
We chose to buy in Wildwood because it's within driving distance from our home, my family has been vacationing in this area for 20 years and we have other family members who own a unit in this condo association. So, we figured if renters have more people than can fit in our unit then we can split up the group within both condos.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Our place is a 1/2 mile to the beach, a 5-minute drive to a shopping district, and public transportation is two blocks away. There is a pool, central air, it's brand new, and we are close to the board walk.
