Hampton condo description
The unit is the first floor of a two story/two unit building. It is possible to rent both units if you are having a large family vacation. Both units share the very large driveway (I have seen 6 cars in the driveway) and the enclosed yard. Outside, in the yard, there are two gas grills (we keep the propane tanks full)and two picnic tables with umbrellas and plenty of chairs for lounging. We have also put in an outdoor shower so you can rinse off the sand from the beach that is just down the street.
The bathroom has a shower and a washer/dryer. In the kitchen there is a fridge, microwave and electric stove/oven. The main sitting room has a dining table, t.v.,comfy chairs and a futon couch that opens to a full sized bed. There are three bedrooms, all with air conditioners; two rooms with full sized beds and one with bunkbeds.
The unit has cable t.v and wifi.
All blankets and pillows are provided as are dishtowels. All you'll need are sheets and pillow cases and towels (bathroom and beach)
The units are newly renovated and decorated and CLEAN!

New Hampshire stay
New Hampshire stay
My family and I just returned from a wonderful trip to Hampton Beach, NH. I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with this condo. It was extremely clean, very well equipped and the location couldn't be beat. It was very close to the beach and very quiet at night. The listing and photos were very accurate. Kate was very helpful with any questions that I had. We are already planning our next year's trip to the beach and would love to rent the entire house for our "extended family." Believe it or not there really is enough room for 6 cars to park on the property. Sean & Kate have provided sand chairs for beach use. I highly recommend this property to families with children.
