We had a great time and the house was fantastic. My son played baseball at the Osceola Stadium so the location couldn't have been any better. We definitely keep you in mind if we come down again in the future. Thanks again for all your help.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Our family was impressed with how clean the townhouse was. I myself said the owner thought of a traveler's every need and want. The owner was very quick to respond to my rental request and any questions I had throughout the stay. If you like McDonalds for your breakfast or lunch, it is actually within walking distance or a very short drive without going out onto the highway. Nice view of the pond. Very quiet. Would definitely stay here again in the future and highly recommend it to others coming to the Orlando area for a vacation.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We stayed for 2 weeks and the location was perfect . The townhouse was very spacious and comfortable. The grounds were so well looked after and everything very clean. We loved the pool. We had the most relaxing vacation ever. We would definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

The villa is absolutely amazing. We had a wonderful time staying here. This villa is very spacious and has all the things that you might need. We had a great time and I can honestly say that we felt at home. Also the complex has all the amenities you can think of. From 24/7 security to a heated pool and hot tub, to a gym, theater room, wifi internet and so many more. We enjoyed our stay very much. Apart from the great amenities that this place offers, the location is great too. We were 20 minutes away from Disney and Seaworld and that made it perfect for us. We were really amazed by the comfort that this villa offers. You can have the perfect vacation with your family in this amazing place. I would go back there a million times. It is really worth it.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We stayed in Orlando in Aug 2010. It was hot, but the heat did not prevent us from visiting Magic Kigdom and Water World. We traveled with friends and two young children (6 and 1.5). The villa was very confortable. Clean, beautifully decorated, spacious rooms, confortable beds and well equiped kitchen. The swiming pool was also very nice, something to do when you do not go out and visit the town. It is located at 25 minutes drive from Disney land. We were surprized to see how may different attractions there are in Orlando, always something to do. I would highly recommend renting the villa if you want to visit Orlando.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.
