Our condo has been freshly painted throughout with new carpet in both bedrooms. Both bedrooms have new linens, towels, and comforters. We have new TV's in the living room and master bedroom with new DVD. The spare bedroom has a TV with VHS. The living room furniture is new with a pull out couch that has a queen size mattress. The dining room table and chairs are new. The kithen has a new refrigerator, dishes, and towels. We also have a new washer/dryer. The unit is complete with beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and cooler. You need only bring yourself. We have also installed WIFI for your convenience.
