  Outstanding place to stay. Immaculately kept, fully equipped, convenient to everything, great view from the deck. The only thing was the horrible weather which no one could help! Just like home, only cleaner! Would definitely recommend to anyone going to Blowing Rock! We will be back many more times, I hope! Just all around better than any motel we have ever stayed at!

  My wife and I and my 7 year old son stayed during 4th of July week - great place for our family - son stayed in downstairs bedroom, and wife and I stayed in upstairs bedroom - perfect size for us - great owners, who live very near by - linens and towels furnished - yard is big enough and flat enough to practice golf (with wiffle practice balls, mind you!) - wifi works well - we definitely plan to stay there again!

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  My family and I found this cottage online for a last minute weekend trip to the mountains and glad we did! Great location, very nice owners, and close to everything. We will definitely be coming back in the future.

  Excellent price. Nice people, smooth transaction. The place is loaded with anything you might need. We went for a ski trip but due to weather conditions ski and tubing places closed so we stayed at the cottage more than initially expected, however, we felt like at home. Highly recommend this place, it is close to everything in town yet very quiet and peaceful outside.

  Our family loved this cottage and had an enjoyable stay for our Thanksgiving holiday! It was exactly as described; very close to the Tanger outlets and downtown Blowing Rock and only minutes away from Boone. Lonnie and Ada were very helpful in answering all our questions prior to arrival. It was such a pleasure to meet them during our stay! I would highly recommend this cottage and look forward to staying again.

  We rented this cottage for a vacation away from the heat and the hustle and bustle of life. Ada's Cottage was the perfect place to escape. The cottage was charming, comfortable and had everything we needed. It is only a short drive to downtown Blowing Rock where there are many great restaurants, shops and boutiques. The hiking and outdoor activities are plentiful and the Blue Ridge Parkway is just minutes down the road. This was a great place!

  My husband and I rented this charming cottage for a quiet getaway and it was just that. The cottage is comfortable, quiet and close to shopping and restaurants. Everything we needed was there. Lonnie and Ada were very pleasant and helpful with advice about restaurants and tourist sites. We would definately rent this house again.

  We had the wonderful experience of staying here in this quaint mountain cottage which was perfect for us..The location is perfect, Very close to downtown for shopping, eating and taking in the scenery..We stayed in a few nights and cooked some meals there..The kitchen is well equipped with all you need to prepare meals..Easy cleanup after..We had snow while we were there, which only added to the beauty of our stay....We have been going to Blowing Rock for my daughter's birthday for years and I am pleased that we have found a new place. Look forward to going back soon..Would love to spend a spring weekend in there...Thanks for a great experience.. Rhonda Malone
