Our 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa offers all the comforts of home - for a fraction of what you would pay for a hotel room. This is our second home and we treat it with tender loving care. It is fresh and clean with new furniture and paint. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service for all of our guests and do all that we can to make your stay comfortable and fun. Our private second floor balcony overlooks a beautiful clear pool and our front door opens to four lighted tennis courts. The beach is a short walk across our awesome saltwater marsh (with abundant wildlife) where a cabana with food and drink await. The low rental price includes access to free local telephone service, cable television, beach toys, tennis equipment, books, videos/VCR, board games and much, much more - including full access to all onsite resort amenities. Our full kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and cookware you need for eating in. We even have a high chair and stroller for you to use if you are traveling with little ones. If you decide to eat out, we can recommend a number of tested restaurants so you don't have to spend your time experimenting. $640/week or $110/night June 1 through August 31.

$250 Deposit required to hold reservation and is held until check out inspection.
Full amount in payment by check or money order at least 7 days ahead.
No refunds for cancellations less than 30 days in advance.
Cancellations more than 30 days in advance are subject to $50 cancellation fee.
$65 Housekeeping/Linen Charge is additional. Subject to 10% Tax.
