Our family-friendly condo offers all the comforts of home - for a fraction of what you would pay for a hotel room. This is our second home and we treat it with tender loving care. It is fresh and clean with new carpet and paint. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service for all of our guests and do all that we can to make your stay comfortable and fun.
Our private second floor balcony overlooks a beautiful clear pool and our front door opens to four lighted tennis courts. The beach is a short walk across our awesome saltwater marsh (with abundant wildlife) where a cabana with food and drink await.
The low rental price includes access to free local telephone service, cable television, beach toys, tennis equipment, books, videos/VCR, board games and much, much more - including full access to all onsite resort amenities.
Our full kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and cookware you need for eating in. We even have a high chair and stroller for you to use if you are traveling with little ones. If you decide to eat out, we can recommend a number of tested restaurants so you don't have to spend your time experimenting.

Hello Scott and Sonia, We wanted to thank you for a wonderful stay at you lovely condo on Hilton Head Island SC. We arrived a weary from our eight hour drive from Virginia to find your condo very welcoming. We walked around the resort to check out the amenities and migrated to the beach where we found Coco's on the beach. We sat on cabana sipping Hurricane V drinks while enjoying the view of the ocean and the balmy breezes. The people were so friendly and everyone was relaxed! The weather was beautiful warm and breezy. We had one afternoon of rain but as quick as it came it left with the sun returning. We had beautiful sunrises and sunsets as we walked and jogged on the beach. The workout facility is a little dated and small and the chlorine smell was too intense to workout too. We ate at an amazing place called "Roastfish & Cornbread" which was recommended by one of the guards at the gate. The food was incredible that we came home trying to copy some of the recipes. We enjoy a romantic night at the "Jazz Corner" as well as a delicious and humongous Cowboy Steak at "Santa Fe"and to our surprise outdoor entertainment on the deck. The resort was convenient to everything and very easy to get around. The laundry facility was very nice to have as well as a kitchen ready to cook in! "The vegetation, trees, flowers, etc are beautiful. Our favorite place however, had to be the ocean. Your condo is great, especially the beds. I also really appreciate the fact that your resort is truly integrated. The Gullah Heritage tour was interesting and gave a different perspective from the opulence so evident on the island. We enjoyed the indoor pool and whirlpool. I will always cherish this past week." Darold

"We had a wonderful 4 day stay with the tennis courts to ourselves each day, nice walks along the beach, a "dolphins" tour (we actually saw 2) of the creek by kayak and probably the highlight, the Heritage Tour by Mr. Campbell.
