This unit is one of the DELUXE ONE BEDROOM CONDOS with both the living area AND the master bedroom directly facing the gulf. A 30 foot balcony is accessible from the family room or the master bedroom through the floor to 9' ceiling sliding glass doors. Most Tidewater one bedroom units don't have the master bedroom FACING THE GULF like this unit has. Floor plans vary greatly at the Tidewater and we feel certain you will agree this one bedroom condo is the best! The bunk room is a separate area with a closet and DVD player for the kids. We also have two full baths. The living area and master bedroom have LCD televisions with DVD players. This is the largest one bedroom plan at Tidewater.

During the summer months the kids are entertained by the staff provided "kids Club". There may be a slight cost for some of the activities. The kids love it! All kinds of beach activities are also available.
The living area has 2 leather recliners, queen sleeper sofa, and plenty of room to comfortably accommodate six people. A fully equipped kitchen is available for your use. Two full baths are also available. One full bath is off the bunk room and the other is off the master bedroom. SEE THE DIAGRAM OF OUR FLOOR PLAN IN THE PICTURES BELOW. Make sure the unit you are visiting has the floor plan you want in order to maximize your enjoyment and vacation at the Tidewater Resort. This is the best one bedroom floor plan at Tidewater. The king size master bed features a deluxe king size Serta mattress and the bunk also has quality Serta mattresses, not foam. The furnishings are excellent quality and the unit was professionally decorated. We know you will love it!

Tidewater Beach Resort is located near the prime intersection of Hwy 79 and Front Beach Rd. Tidewater features an impressive array of amenities. Imagine relaxing by one of the two 4200 Sq. foot lagoon pools.. both with hot tubs. Why the Owner Chose Tidewater Beach Resort
We bought this property because of the great location and access around PCB. Walking to Pier Park which is 3/4 mile from Tidewater makes it handy. There are walking trails next to Pier Park or Brown Park with great views.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Since we manage our own property, the unit is well maintained. We try to rent to those who will respect our property also to make it nice for all of us using the unit. The Sunsets are one of the most enjoyable assets after a long day on the beach watching it from our balcony.

Stayed in this beautiful condo with 2 adults/2kids. Plenty of space, well decorated, well equipped, and very clean condo at the end of a quiet hallway. Beach chairs included each day saved a lot of money. Make sure to take a dolphin tour with Panama City Beach Dolphin Tours and More. $45 for 2 hours. You can get in the ocean with the dolphins. Best thing we did while on vacation. Sharkey's and Sonney's BBQ are great to eat at. Bring a flashlight to walk on the beach at night and see the white crabs everywhere. *Internet connection was very weak while we were there. Elevators are a nightmare checking in and out.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We just got back from Panama City Beach and we couldn't have asked for any better accommodations. The condo was very clean, extremely well stocked and exceeded our expectations. The view of the Gulf from the balcony, as well as the master bedroom, was incredible. One of our favorite activities was sitting on the balcony and watching the dolphins. One of the things that we liked most was the keyless entry...no key card to keep track of. Ellen has a very pleasant personality which made working with her a pleasure. We will definitely be going back and recommend this condo to anyone planning to vacation in Panama City Beach.

What a wonderful experience! From the ease in communication with the condo owners to the stellar beachside chair service to the beautiful accommodations, everything was fantastic. Ellen was so helpful in helping us with last-minute reservations and even emailed us helpful hints on where to find the best seashells. The condo itself was beautifully furnished - the pictures don't do it justice. We didn't want for a thing and the entire place felt like home. The 11th floor truly provides some of the most stunning views and allows for no noise except for waves and wind. Our son loved the bunk bed and whimsical surfboard theme and the king size bed was heavenly. We're already planning a return trip to this exact condo - when it's this perfect, why stay anywhere else?

We have been coming to this unit for 2 years now and have enjoyed the great location to Pier Park and the nice unit the owners have. It has been great to work with them. Clean room and a home like atmosphere. The people are very friendly that work here. Having the beach chair service has been a nice addition for traveling, less to carry back and forth. We look forward to renting again. Thank you.
