All units at The Summit have beachfront private balconies.
Units are located on the second and fifth floor. Our second floor condominium is in the center of the complex, right by the stairway, no need to take the elevator. The fifth floor unit is located in the middle of the east half of the building. Both units are tiled except for the bedroom. Both units have a king size bed in the bedroom, queen size sleeper sofa in the living room area, built-in bunk beds in the hallway, linens, fully-equipped kitchen, TV/DVD in living room, private WiFi, TV in bedroom, phones, and private balcony.
The Summit charges $45 registration fee during Spring Break. All other times the registration fee is $15 per unit. This registration fee covers the parking pass and arm bands.

We stayed in the 5th floor unit. It was nice with an incredible view of the ocean. When we return to PCB, I will be renting from Tony again. Easiest rental process I have dealt with. Also, it really helped us out that we were able to check in early. Our toddler was ready to get out of the car. Thanks again!

We stayed at Tony's condo June 18-25, 2011. We had a wonderful stay. The only thing that we had an issue with was the sleeping arrangements. We had a party of 5 which included a 4 year old. The couch pull-out was not comfortable, so my husband put the sheets on the couch and slept there. My son and I slept in the bunk beds with my parents in the bedroom. There were lots of dishes and items that met our needs. We did have to get more toilet paper and paper towels (plan on taking some, we forgot!). Also, remember that you cannot exchange your towels at the Summit. We had to do a load of towels. No big deal. We loved our vacation and will definitely stay here again. Mr. Tony was so nice and easy to work with. We really did enjoy our stay.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Nice unit. Stayed at several different units at the Summit and the 5th floor unit had by far the cleanest bathroom then any other room we had stayed in. Gave owner kind of a short notice about wanting to rent and worked with us great on it. Would love to possibly stay in this unit again!

My family just returned from our visit to PCB. We stayed in the fifth floor rental. The owner is absolutely one of the friendliest owners that I've ever dealt with. The unit had everything that we needed and then some. The view was excellent. We have definately found our new home away from home. Thanks!!!

We stayed in the 2nd floor unit. It was really nice. We really enjoyed our stay and plan on going back next year. The condo was clean, and had everything we needed. Everything was so convienient.

We rented this unit last year 2006 in May. It was the 5th floor condo. We have been coming to Florida for quite a while. This is tops on our list places we have vacationed! Including Destin!!!Planning another vacation tonight for 2007. Great everything.

We stayed in the 2nd floor unit, while our friends stayed in the 5th. We have two small children, so the 2nd floor was "just high enough". We have stayed in PCB many years.....we were amazed at the amenities, space and cleaness. It was just like home. The kids brought movies they watched at night, while mom & dad relaxed on the patio. The stairway beside the door was a plus and the kids loved the bunkbeds! A very satisfied guest.
