Spread out and enjoy your very own sunny six bedroom, four bathroom villa home in brand new Windsor Hills Resort. Best of all, it is only two miles to Walt Disney World! This beautiful new home was completed in August, 2005.
Professionally decorated with special care to be child-friendly, this home is perfect for families, groups of golfers or friends, relocated executives, business travelers, or even extended family reunions. You will love the sun-filled extended screened lanai with your own private pool and spa! Upstairs you will find two master suites with king-sized beds and ensuite bathrooms. Also upstairs are three additional bedrooms: one with a queen bed and two with two twin beds. On the lower level, the sixth bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom.
All bedrooms have a cable TV with DVD! The family room is equipped with comfortable seating, a 51" large screen cable TV, DVD and VCR, and boombox CD player. With our additional living room, there is plenty of space to spread out. The living room has an additional 32" cable TV with DVD. Movie rentals are available on-site in the clubhouse. We provide Secure Wireless Roadrunner high-speed Internet access and we include free unlimited long distance and international phone calls!
For those traveling with young children, this is the place for you! We provide a Pack-N-Play playpen, stroller, and highchair free of charge. We have even taken care of basic baby-proofing, like covering outlets and providing a gate for the top of the stairs.
You will love enjoying a leisurely breakfast while the kids splash happily in the pool. To ensure your privacy, we chose a premium location that looks out over a natural area, not into another home or pool. Our new game room will keep the kids (and adults) busy with professional quality Foosball, Air Hockey, and Ping Pong. Imagine coming home after a fun-filled day at Disney World or Universal Studios, tucking the kids into bed in their own rooms, and enjoying a late dinner or relaxing in the hot tub with your spouse. No need for the whole family to have "lights out" at 8 p.m. when the kids go to bed as you would in a hotel.
Many restaurants and shops are within one mile of the house. Groceries, medical clinics, Walmart, and a 24 hour pharmacy are all within minutes. There is golf right next door at beautiful Mystic Dunes. Dozens of other championship golf courses are within 5 miles!
Windsor Hills is a gated resort with 24 hour security. It is filled with family fun, including a huge pool with water slide, hot tub, splash fountain area, sundry shop, fitness center, kid's playground, arcade, putting green, tennis and volleyball courts, and even a movie theatre!
Disney World is less than five minutes from our house. Universal Studios and Sea World are fifteen minutes away. In between, you will find all the shopping and fun you could dream of. Please see our website, 2miles2disney, for information on all of the great area attractions.
We have a wonderful local caretaker who will ensure that the home is ready for your arrival and respond to any needs that arise during your stay. And of course we provide fresh linens and towels, and an expanded starter package of soaps and paper products.

Incredibly comfortable, beautifully decorated and definitely the best place to stay in Orlando. We have stayed a couple of times now and have enjoyed both Disney and the fabulous golf courses in the area. Easy access to shopping, Disney, airport and restaurants. We want to come back every year. Thanks to the owners for offering such a great home away from home. We love it!!!!

I cannot tell what a great experience we had at Walt Disney World. Your home made our vacation even better. Very roomy house and your own pool and spa, what a great benefit. There were 11 in our party and we all had plenty of space and privacy. Everything was furnished by the homeowners from towels to dinnerware. I recommend that this is the way to go if you and your family are visiting Disney. A+ homeowners.

This is the only way to vacation! Having a spacious place to land after a long day at the parks made our vacation so much more enjoyable and relaxing. This property is top of the line and the pool and game room will be a hit with your kids! It was so nice to go home after a week with a bag full of clean clothes, versus having to do laundry. This is the place to stay in Orlando! It not only met our expectations, but exceeded them.

We had a wonderful time at your home. The location to all the parks is great, especially the Disney resorts. The beds were comfortable and we had more than enough space to spread out and relax. We all loved the hot tub, pool and also being so close to the playground. Windsor Hills is a great resort with everything you need, you never have to leave if you don't want to. We stayed for 2 weeks and can not wait to come back. I would recommend your property to anyone. Thanks again for letting us enjoy your home.

Thank you for making our 1st time staying off Disney property a pleasurable one. The house was so clean and spacious for all 12 of us (7 adults and 5 children under the age of 5) It was so nice to have our own pool for the kids to enjoy after a long day at the parks. We spent 8 days here with two families with kids from 5 to 11 yo. The house was perfect. This was definitely an awesome location for all things Disney. Just a short trip in the car through the backroads to the parking lots. The kids loved the pool and the parents loved the numerous tvs to relax in front of. We'll definitely be back again someday.

A home away from home! We recently visited with 12 adults and 2 two year old boys! Having such a cozy home on our non-park days was very important. We were still able to enjoy our own private pool & the sun while the little ones were napping. The house accommodated ALL in our party from 2 yrs to 80 yrs old (the bedroom & bath on the first floor was perfect for great grandma & grandpa)! Every household item needed for our vacation was available. The decor is fresh and welcoming. The house is very clean. The "2 Miles to Disney" name is ABSOLUTELY accurate. We could not believe how quickly we could get to and from the parks. Thank you Hagerman's for allowing us to enjoy your home! It was a magical vacation for the WHOLE GANG!

What a wonderful house! It was very spacious yet very comfortable for such a large home. There were 11 of us staying at the house--the children were ages 6, 13, and 16 along with 8 adults. We had enough room to enjoy each other but we could also have some time alone if we needed it. The game room was a big hit--especially with the men! :) We will definitely tell our friends about your home and tell them how wonderful it is. Thanks so much for sharing with us!
