Incredibly comfortable, beautifully decorated and definitely the best place to stay in Orlando. We have stayed a couple of times now and have enjoyed both Disney and the fabulous golf courses in the area. Easy access to shopping, Disney, airport and restaurants. We want to come back every year. Thanks to the owners for offering such a great home away from home. We love it!!!!

We stayed with two families (9 people) and had a great time. The rooms were spacious. The house was clean & quiet. After days at the parks it was awesome coming home to our own pool and home cooked food! We cannot wait to come back

I cannot tell what a great experience we had at Walt Disney World. Your home made our vacation even better. Very roomy house and your own pool and spa, what a great benefit. There were 11 in our party and we all had plenty of space and privacy. Everything was furnished by the homeowners from towels to dinnerware. I recommend that this is the way to go if you and your family are visiting Disney. A+ homeowners.

This is the only way to vacation! Having a spacious place to land after a long day at the parks made our vacation so much more enjoyable and relaxing. This property is top of the line and the pool and game room will be a hit with your kids! It was so nice to go home after a week with a bag full of clean clothes, versus having to do laundry. This is the place to stay in Orlando! It not only met our expectations, but exceeded them.

We had a wonderful time at your home. The location to all the parks is great, especially the Disney resorts. The beds were comfortable and we had more than enough space to spread out and relax. We all loved the hot tub, pool and also being so close to the playground. Windsor Hills is a great resort with everything you need, you never have to leave if you don't want to. We stayed for 2 weeks and can not wait to come back. I would recommend your property to anyone. Thanks again for letting us enjoy your home.

Thank you for making our 1st time staying off Disney property a pleasurable one. The house was so clean and spacious for all 12 of us (7 adults and 5 children under the age of 5) It was so nice to have our own pool for the kids to enjoy after a long day at the parks. We spent 8 days here with two families with kids from 5 to 11 yo. The house was perfect. This was definitely an awesome location for all things Disney. Just a short trip in the car through the backroads to the parking lots. The kids loved the pool and the parents loved the numerous tvs to relax in front of. We'll definitely be back again someday.

A home away from home! We recently visited with 12 adults and 2 two year old boys! Having such a cozy home on our non-park days was very important. We were still able to enjoy our own private pool & the sun while the little ones were napping. The house accommodated ALL in our party from 2 yrs to 80 yrs old (the bedroom & bath on the first floor was perfect for great grandma & grandpa)! Every household item needed for our vacation was available. The decor is fresh and welcoming. The house is very clean. The "2 Miles to Disney" name is ABSOLUTELY accurate. We could not believe how quickly we could get to and from the parks. Thank you Hagerman's for allowing us to enjoy your home! It was a magical vacation for the WHOLE GANG!

What a wonderful house! It was very spacious yet very comfortable for such a large home. There were 11 of us staying at the house--the children were ages 6, 13, and 16 along with 8 adults. We had enough room to enjoy each other but we could also have some time alone if we needed it. The game room was a big hit--especially with the men! :) We will definitely tell our friends about your home and tell them how wonderful it is. Thanks so much for sharing with us!

We had a great time and thoroughly loved the house. It was so convenient to get to the Disney Parks, had a lovely pool and hot tub - and was very spacious. We didn't have nearly enough time to really appreciate all its amenities - such as the nearby clubhouse and play area. Maybe next year!

The house was perfect. We were 12 people in total, including 4 children and 1 teen. Everybody were very excited to be in the house. The house was clean, spacious and close to the parks. What else you can ask for? Being a brand new comunity Windsor Hills is inmaculate and the comunity club house was a perfect place to relax and have fun. I will recomend this house for anyone that wants to spend a nice vacation time in a great place.

This house is beautiful and very spacious. We had a total of 10 people in our group and never felt crowded. The pool and hot tub were so enjoyable after walking all day at the Disney parks. Having a washer and dryer was ideal as we had many towels to wash with so many of us. My only negative comment would be that the house didn't provide some basic necessities such as a bar of soap for the bathrooms and trashbags for the kitchen. For the price we paid, it would have been nice to have these basic items supplied. Overall, it was a great experience and I would certainly recommend this home to others.

Owner response:Our cleaners were supposed to leave these items. Because of this, we have now updated to include a superior package of starter sundries: soaps, paper products, laundry detergent, trash bags, etc.

The house was simply perfect - and huge! Even with 14 people, we did not feel crowded at all! Everything was so clean and new and the decor was cheery yet sophistocated. Our 5 year old wants to live here! It was great to have separate A/C controls for the 2 floors. Also, it was easy for us to hookup our laptops and find an internet connection. The kids favorite was of course the pool - they used it every day (night). We only visited the community pool twice so they could use the waterslide. We saved so much money by eating breakfast at the home every morning, and then had our other meals at the parks. And it is very quick to get to all the parks! When you stay here, we reccommend buying/bringing a few supplies to help make your daily clean-up a breeze - such as luandry soap, hand soap, cleaning wipes, trash bags, paper towels and paper plates and cups, etc.... We should have brought a few extra pool towels with so many of us. And we ended up buying water shoes for the kids to wear in the pool. Everything was handled so professionally. Thanks for everything! We'll be back!

We have found the perfect 6BR home for a trip to Disney World!!! We have always stayed on Disney and were skeptical that any house could take the place of a Disney hotel. After staying at this house we will never stay in a Disney hotel again. The house is minutes away from all four Disney parks, even closer that most Disney hotels. The Windsor Hills pool and playground were terrific. Our children asked to come home from the parks everyday to go to the pool and playground. Dawn was a pleasure to work with and the house was very clean. Super Great House, Super Great Price, Super Great Owners.

We had a great week in the house. We had 2 familes sharing the house and never felt crowded. The 4 kids ranging in age from 5 to 3 could not get enough of the pool. With this in mind we recommend swim shoes for the little ones as the pool walls and floor are rough on their toes. The neighborhood playground was a huge hit as well. The house has great access to I-4 so it was very easy to get to Sea World and Universal. We will definitely be back!Dawn was a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend this property.

The house is beautiful. Great location, very easy access to everything. A quick little backroad shoots you right up to the Animal Kingdom. Disney is so close you can easily come home for a few hours to let the kids nap or take a dip in the pool, then go back to the parks. The house has everything you need. Plenty of space for everyone, we loved it and will definitely be back.

There should be no hesitation to book your stay right away at the Hildebrand/Hagerman Villa. Our family of 7 (plus 2 guests), had a fabulous time both at WDW and at the Villa. The Villa is surprisingly spacious and extremely well-stocked with everything vacationing guests would need. Our group, ranging in age from 13 to 23 years old, thoroughly enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and big screen T.V. All the rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. The group's only complaint about our trip was that we weren't able to spend more time at the Villa! The gated neighborhood was lovely and really is only 2 miles to Disney World! We will never stay in a hotel again! It was great having our own space with laundry and kitchen. It's the only way to go especially if you have children.

Having stayed on several different properties in the Orlando area we have finally found the home to rent year after year. The gated community is nice, the location convenient and the home is great for the cost. The construction is all new with a great pool area and a short walk to the playground for the kids. Dawn is a pleasure to work with in planning your rental. We are already preparing for our return next year.
