'Copa Cabana' on Cabana Trail is our Seaside Style home in a private gated community of 'Lakeside at Blue Mountain Beach'. This custom built home (Built in 2007) is located on the north side of 30A with a short walk to the beautiful white sandy beach. This is a brand new sub-division adjacent to the 'Redfish Village' development. We are also close to WaterColor and Seaside.
A walkway connects this sub-division to all the great offerings (World Class Restaurant, Entertainment, Shopping, etc.) of Redfish Village. This is a very quiet and private neighborhood with lots of privacy for your family and guest. You have the club house and the pool at your disposal without any interruption.
This custom home features two master suites with king-size beds and private bathrooms with jacuzzi. The children's bedroom has two twin sleigh beds with trundles and the 4th bedroom features a queen size bed. The main living room and the upstairs sitting area also has sleeper sofa beds. The two private balconies upstairs, overlooks the gardens. Both master suites feature huge luxurious stone and granite bathrooms, huge walk-in showers, large closets, and TVs/VCR/DVDs. Every bedroom features 27' TV/DVD with Dish network service and the family room features a large LCD flat screen television with BOSE surround sound system. The upscale kitchen reflects the owners taste of gourmet cooking and is equipped with every imaginable cooking utensil. Every amenity imaginable to ensure a 'grand vacation for your entire family.'
Open floor plan with luxurious wood floors, very spacious family room with built in entertainment center, wet bar with wine cooler, glass and mahogany front entrance that features 2 huge french doors that opens to a large front patio. Kitchen has top of the line stainless steel appliances and two tiered granite counter with bar stools adds extra seating (14 people) for dining.
A gas grill is located in the back paved area next to the garage. The half bathroom is located off the kitchen area, perfect for when you are coming in from the pool or beach. The outdoor shower helps you wash off the ocean or pool water. Pool area features an outdoor shower, table, umbrella, chairs and lounge chairs.
The house has 2700 square feet of heated and cooled space and 900 square feet of balcony making a grand total of 3600 square feet of living space. The stone paved driveway allows for parking up to 3 cars in the driveway, additional parking is permitted on the street.

This place could not be more perfect. It is exactly as shown in the photos. Within walking distance to the beach but far enough away that you have total privacy at all hours. Awesome pool for the kids. Very, very clean. Everything we hoped it would be. So glad we went for it and got to stay. Owners were a pleasure to deal with. Very helplful and quickly responded to any of our needs. On a very quiet street so the children really enjoyed playing sports. They had plenty of room to safely roam and run. Thanks for a great Florida experience.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
