    The condo was very nice, new updates and funrishings. Our kids loved to have their own room with a bathroom! It was not as clean as I would have expected, had hair left on bathroom vanity, tub and lots of dust bunnies in the living room. Nothing major, just would have expected more with such hands on management present. The buidling was great, always had management doing something, vaccuuming, cleaning grills, making sure water hoses at boardwalk were working, etc. Very family friendly. We loved being out of the major tourist area, yet close enough to enjoy it! Loved Cosmo's, The Handout and Lulu's - must go! We can't wait to visit again!!

    This condo is gorgeous with a perfect view of the beach! The furniture, appliances, and decorations are all fabulous. This condo is very nice and well taken care of. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because we had a horrible check-in experience (which is in no way the owner's fault). After waiting for someone to get to the front desk, we were given room keys that didn't work. So, we were stranded with our luggage for at least 20 minutes outside the condo and were late for an event that night because of it. Not a nice way to start off our vacation :(

    I forgot to mention that Tim's condo is so clean and the building unit and the beach area are well maintained by the staff. It is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy.

    Tim is so wonderful to deal with ( owner ) and the company Britt/Robinson were wonderful to deal with-- the staff were accommodating /helpful. Tim follows up to make sure that the stay was as expected and fast in replying for any questions. The condo is SO awesome- wonderful view, comfortable furnitures and the place was easy to clean.

    We stayed at this property during our Spring Break and were very satisfied. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 5, beautifully decorated, and very clean! During our stay, we went to the white powdery beach everyday, used the indoor and outdoor pool, and utilized the work-out room. This condo is on the 3rd floor with a perfect view of the ocean. The deck is set-up perfectly to read, or just hang out. We were able to get plenty of gorgeous pictures! We plan on recommending this place to some of our extended family who have been looking for places like this to go to. Orange Beach has plenty to do. We ate many dinners out, took the kids to play mini-golf, raced go-carts, went shopping, and saw a movie. There were many things to do within a very close distance. Tim, the owner was great to work with. He responded so quickly to me when I wanted to make accomodations and then followed up to see how we liked everything! Thanks for a memorable week!

    Where do I start?? I guess by walking in the door. This unit is beautifully decorated! It feels like home away from home. I did not feel like I was walking into a 1970's condo with yellow walls & purple fish all over the place. All the photos accurately reflect the appearance & amenities. The kitchen was very clean and complete with most anything you would need to cook breakfast, lunch or dinner. The master bed is SO comfortable!! The second bedroom was a nice size and each room has it's on flat screen tv & ceiling fans. Great counter space in both bathrooms, the lighting was wonderful (us ladies kinda like that) & the water pressure was really good in the shower. I know that sounds crazy but lighting & water pressure are a big deal to me & that is why I added those comments. There is a Wal-Mart (grocery) with a Redbox located inside, Dollar General Store, Winn-Dixie, ABC store, Dairy Queen & Publix all within a mile to mile and a half of the condo. As well as several restaurants (Live Bait, Cotton's, Zen & The Shrimp Basket, just to name a few. Zeke's marina is a 5min drive away for all you fishermen. The owner responded with any questions I had in a prompt and timely manner. I can't imagine anyone being disappointed staying in this condo.

    We stayed for a week and enjoyed the condo.. Great location and the condo was nicely decorated. My kids love it. Many times you see pictures of condo's but when you get there it is nothing like the pictures.. The pictures of the condo is exactly what to expect. It was clean and I love the master bedroom --- Great bed.. I slept like a baby.. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to feel like home away from home..

    I had the pleasure of staying at this condo for a few nights this last week, (May 24-26) and it was by far the BEST and most luxurious condo that I've stayed in. The owner has put careful consideration into the decor and furniture and it shows! It's not your average beach condo with seashells on the wall and blue paint everywhere. It is newly remodeled and it was completed so beautifully, with new cabinets and granite counter tops. It really felt like it was decorated to feel like home, away from home, and with a gorgeous view of the beach. I loved it and I will be back!

    Great vacation getaway! My family and I had a wonderful time and the condo was great and well maintained. The owners are very easy to work with and had no problem at all. Will be back to stay and recommend to friends.

    My family and I just returned from our trip to Gulf Shores. We have stayed at the Phoenix IV several times and I have to say that this is the nicest unit we've stayed in. The decor was lovely and we loved how it was updated. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.
